Dave Beavans recently guided me and helped me win primary custody of my son. I heard about Dave from a fellow marine. From the very first meeting we had, Dave understood that I didn't have the ability to pay him up front but he was willing to work with out a payment plan that worked for both of us. He was available at any time to answer any question that I had and if he didn't know the answer, he promptly found the answer and quickly responded. My case was from one extreme to the next and we continuously received curve balls from my ex, Dave was upfront and honest about the different routes we could take in order to deal with each and every occasion as far as to even tell me which route was the least inexpensive. Mr. Beavans also prepared me for mediation (how to dress, how to number my concerns from important to least important). I have given his number out to every marine that I know who is going through a divorce or child custody dispute in California. As long as Dave is in the business, I will never step into a court room without him.

David Beavans has been AMAZING! I went through a terrible divorce and he helped me through it one step at a time so it was not overwhelming. His prices and billing are very reasonable. I came out on top in my divorce and only spent half the amount of money that my ex-wife paid her lawyer. If you are in the Military as I am, this is the place to go.
