Upon a referral from a family member, I contacted Preston Estate Planning for a consultation over a year ago. I was informed early on that I needed to make a change to an existing item before being able to proceed with the trust. While it did take some time to resolve the issue, I was able to resume the process. I highly encourage anyone reading this to take care of matters, such as establishing a trust. My parents had taken care of all their business long before they both were gone. It was truly a seamless experience to transition their belongings, etc. and had they not had a trust in place, it would have been a different story, to say the least, as there are 5 siblings in total, so everything went pretty smoothly and according to what was listed in the trust. Based on this and the fact that a family member referred me, I decided I needed to take care of this sooner than later. No one knows what tomorrow holds, so it's better to be prepared. I worked directly with JM Preston and found the whole process to be very smooth. My questions were answered and I thought going into this, that it would have been a big ordeal, but it wasn't. It truly was a pleasant experience. I highly recommend their services. Thanks for making me feel at ease with this process now behind me!

We have been with Mr. Preston for a number of years now and we cannot say enough good things about him. We appreciate and enjoy his monthly videos addressing all the different aspects of our living trust. When I talk to others in my social circle about the quality of our trust they are amazed that Mr. Preston is so engaged with us by producing the monthly videos, keeping our trust updated with the annual questionnaire and the concierge service offered when needed. Twenty five years ago, I attended several seminars put on by various attorneys. Preston Estate Planning was the top and to be clear, no others were even close. Many attorneys handle a variety of legal issues. Preston, focused only on estate law. It was amazing issues they covered that the others didn't seem to be even aware of. I actually complained that the trust documentation covered areas that didn't apply to me. Their answer was that if our life course changed, we would be covered. They think of things we never would have. When a law change occurs, they automatically update all of their Lifeplan members documentation.

I appreciated the clear and understandable explanations of the need for the trust by the Preston group. I had no idea the problems one could cause their loved ones if I did not have one. Thank you.

Our Kids and Grandkids will be so happy that a dozen years ago we hooked up with Preston as our estate is not huge but large enough for potential cousins to argue over even though today they all get along. We do not want to have problems while we are gone. Our trust appears to be very clear and if any of the cousins complain they are OUT of the trust as agreed by myself and my sisters. Ever times we meet Mr Preston, he alway very kind to explain every issues we have and use the way which We will understand, and give us the solution. And created proper trust for us to got a piece of mind. And let our family totally trust him.

Estate document preparation and educational resources are very good. I would like to see quicker response to questions to the concierge. Sometimes I have to write multiple times to get a response.

Communications are generally pretty good; News letters, Q&A events, annual reviews. Some items in annual review could be expanded, i.e. plan of action to remedy discrepancies.

We had a trust set up in 2000 from another entity and was referred to Preston Estate Planning by a good friend. After our preliminary zoom meeting, we decided to move ahead with updating our current trust. The program from Preston Estate Planning is very detailed and thorough as they take you through the process. No stone is left unturned. They are professional, friendly, excellent communicators and highly organized. At the end of the process, we are very pleased with the outcome when compared to the other entity we used in 2000. For the first time since 2000, we know that we have everything in order or in process to effectively deliver our wishes to our family members while managing our tax liability. They provided us with a beautiful three ring binder and a USB drive that contains all of our documents for easy review and retrieval. In addition, they offer continued updates and education to those that join their LIFEPLAN Program. Through this program, they will let you know of any changes in the laws or policies that could effect your estate and planning going forward. It just doesn't get much better than this!
