After investigating who should handle our Family Trust, my wife and I are quite happy that we chose Preston Estate Planning. After sitting down with Mr. Preston for the first consolation which was very thorough. Mr. Preston was very detailed in explanation and patient in answering all our questions. I'd have to consider him "The Godfather" of Family Trust Preparations. His depth and knowledge from his years of experience is quite impressive and his Group is very professional. I have great experience with Preston Estate Planning. First with my Mother being a client and seeing the care and complete expertise given her Living Trust. The ease with making updates and changes to the trust due to life circumstances. The Life Plan program is what really sold me on Preston Estate Planning. I had set up a living trust for myself 20+ years ago including a special needs trust for my son. The only contact I had with the lawyers after the trusts were completed was several years later, I was informed that the attorney I used had suddenly past away. I waited to hear if anyone was taking over his clients. I called, after having several attempts no response, and due to very busy life of being a single parent with a child who had disabilities I gave up and put it to the side. Now 20 years later and needing re-do my trust I decided that Preston Estate Planning was the way to go. They annually review the Trust (and all other documents) to make sure that all recent laws and personal circumstances are addressed. Preston Estate has always promptly returned phone call and completely answered any questions or concerns I have had. I have complete confidence that my assets will be safe and distributed as I wish. I have peace of mind. I don't have the year to year worry that the law or changes to my circumstance need to be updated in the trust is a big nasty chore, that it will be easily done.
