My parents have worked with Preston Estate Planning since the early 90s. When my mother passed, Preston took care of so much for my father. After my sister passed unexpectedly, we discovered her trust was incomplete and the lawyer she used, was not very helpful. Her death prompted both my brother and I to get our estates in order so as not to leave a mess behind for those we love. JM was so friendly and knowledgable. He explained everything very clearly to my husband and I. Preston even prepared documents for our adult, unmarried children so that my husband and I can carry out their wishes God forbid something were to happen to them. Tomorrow is promised to no one. With Preston Estate Planning's amazing people, we know that when we pass, our Trustee will be competently and compassionately walked through our wishes.

My wife and I are Life Plan members with Preston Estate Planning. We gain comfort from knowing that our Trust design is reviewed and updated whenever it is needed. Sure, you pay a few extra bucks per year, but what is the comfort of knowing that your Trust has not gone out of date or missed some beneficial changes in the law worth? Why would you pick your Trust upon which to "go cheap"? We have also made some periodic changes and they are taken care of with no charge. The on-site Notary is also a plus. Definitely recommend!

It surprises me that you are able to give such personal service with such a small staff. You spent a significant amount of time with us when we became your clients. Your staff has also been generous with their time whenever we have needed their help. Most of all, though, is the peace of mind that our affairs are in order and are reviewed regularly. I was most impressed by your practice of not losing touch with your clients by taking whatever steps are necessary if/when an article of mail from you is returned. Your newsletter has a personal article from you or a staff member; your videos are available to play over and over until we understand the finer points of our LifePlan. Thank you!
