Preston Estate Planning has been handling my mom's trust for years. They are thorough, organized, and any time I have a question, they are happy to help. I like how they provide periodic meetings (in person or virtual) to answer questions you may have and/or update us with new information.

Have delivered good understanding of complex estate planning topics. Efficiently implemented trust and related medical documents. Importantly they provide ongoing access and updated information at economical rates. The value of services is evidenced by a vast number of clients, including our family for over 25 years.

I LOVE working with Preston EstatePlanning. I think things might be somewhat different than “normal” because this is during Covid-19 and there are not the normal group meetings and face to face Meetings. However, I had a fantastic intro meeting with Mr. John Preston. He explained what they do, how they are different, answered my questions and expanded on my concerns. I signed a contract with them and am so happy to be their client. As their client, I believe the privileges are amazing. I have great access all year to them and then great access each year with a moderate stipend. I love this access to such a knowledgeable attorney in dealing with my assets. This is a wonderful work Model that I doubt is replicated any or many other places. I HIGHLY recommend Preston Estate Planning !
