Made an over the phone consultation appointment weeks ahead, on the day of the appointment didn’t get a phone call so I called and she said in about 30 min waited and waited they NEVER CALLED!!!!

Waste of money, I hired Robert b Jobe since 2016 till now still waiting, not even replies messages, calls or emails,something is not right with the firm, every time new paralegal and lawyer changes, very disappointing.

I am totally in awe and still a little in shock mode right now.
I had been lost with unresponsive immigration officers for almost 6 years.
Mr. Jobe got resolved my issue and got me an interview date within 7 days.

We heard alot about Mr. Robert b jobe, but sady the staff they have is not professional
We got the appointment hardly with Mr.preet to speak to Mr.Bob and when he called they way he was talking to us was very unprofessional he was rude we just ask for time and he got
Mad at us, I don’t want to post harsh comment but this is not the first time, we had the same experience with the same person, he speak rudely with his own community people.
But we also have some good experience with Mr.Bob before.
