I’ve had a very good experience with Mr Jobe. He have been very clear to what my options were and what was best way to go about my case. They were very professional and courteous at all the meetings and have notified me every step of the way. I felt that they were actually on my side during the whole process. I highly recommend them for all immigration services! Their office is very clean and make you feel comfortable.

Servicio profesional.Te informan si pueden llevar un caso inmediatamente o si no aplica tu petición, no te hacen perder el tiempo.Pide que te expliquen tú proceso, lleva libreta para anotar tiempos de procesos etc etc. A veces entregan hojas informando brevemente procesos si estan disponibles.Atención en Inglés, Español en recepción.Servicio serio y cobro inicial de Consulta.A veces los abogados hablan diferentes idiomas.Si te sirvió la referencia dame un like 👍.

My fiancé is a client at Robert Jobe’s firm. We received a letter from the USCIS which was an error made by USCIS, He called the office several times and emailed them them regarding the letter , it had been a month and he did not hear back from anyone in the office. He called the office and spoke to someone and they told him to handle it himself and they will not help him. My fiancé got so emotional and depressed. We called the office again asking them if we could speak to Robert and they refused saying we can’t just speak to him. I totally understand Robert is busy but he has to know how some of his staff are treating his clients. Finally, I decided to call again and ask them if I could speak to someone regarding my fiancé’s case and had to explain to them all over despite the fact we already emailed them. I than told my fiancé let me talk to someone from Roberts office and ask them to help us since we had no idea of how to fill the forms and documents to send. I called on Friday May 5,2020, and Sandeep Rai answered my phone and after explaining the situation again to her. She started yelling,shouting,being mean and saying one one is going to help us. We have to do it ourselves and I told her nicely if I could speak with someone else other than her. She said no one is going to talk to me because they are busy and Robert doesn’t deal with our kinda situation and we kept going back and forth and I started crying. It was such a emotional situation being yelled shouted at and I was like seriously, we paid you guys soo much money and you saying that no one will help us. She said Karen will give me a call later today. I knew she was lying so I called the office again at 4pm. Luckily, Ana answered the phone, I told her how Sandeep treated us and I got soo emotional repeating my self over and over again.Ana spoke highly of the firm and said Robert doesn’t treat his clients like what we had encounted with Sandeep and one other staff. Yet, it’s been over a month and we had emailed them our documents and no one has helped us. We had recommended most of our friends and families to this firm and I regret my decision. I honestly hope Sandeep has integrity and treat their clients right. At this time most of the people are going through crisis this firm needs to up hold their standards and better serve the people and not make them wait a month and tell them off by saying they will not help us. We are all humans. Instead of making people depressed and emotional, try to help them out. I really hope Robert reads my review.

I have really bad experience with this firm I heard so much about Robert Jobe but they have me hold on phone for hours and then they don’t wann me too explain them about my case

Receptionist was extremely rude & was yelling over the phone, she then proceeded to hang up. I’ve been trying to speak with Robert himself or someone that can give me answers regarding my fathers case for over a week now and I have yet to hear back from them. I’ve had great experiences before and now they seem not to care anymore. I’m extremely disappointed.
