Please avoid this law firm they really just want to suck all the money out of you with little information of what is going on with your case. I have contacted them multiple times via phone and email. When I moved and needed an address change it took them over a year to do that. When I brought these issues up then Nancy Jobe was like you should contacted me. I did multiple times she didn't do anything. She was also suppose to help with my address which never happened. I received no feedback on my case. I wasn't even informed when my lawyers/paralegals would change. I had no contact with any paralegal when I wanted to know my case information because all they cared about was the money. I asked to speak with Robert they would say we will let him know but never recieved a call. I called the front desk to see if they can help me out and get me connected to someone that can provide me information on my case they weren't helpful. They told me to email there customer service email someone will get back to me but no reply. They really screwed me over even my new lawyer agrees I have changed my case to someone else who is handling it much better then this law firm. You will not find a single person who is helpful they will ask you to pay before they will answer any questions. I requested a refund which I deserve for not handling my case. Now Nancy Jobe is avoiding me and doesn't want to answer my refund request. That's because they are money stealing lawyers who want to benefit off of others life earning and don't want to put in the effort of actually earning it by doing a proper job of helping the person who's case they are handling. Worst law firm please avoid and save your money your case will go no where.

I want to hire him for my asylum case and I called the receptionist. Attorney does not talk to me or new clients. Some interpreter called me and asked questions about the case (very unprofessional). I asked him if I can talk to the Attorney Bob, blunt "NO". He did not let me ask why I cannot talk to the attorney. This is an immigration case I prefer to talk to the attorney not just an assistant. His team is very unprofessional. I'm glad I did not hire him. I do not put reviews anywhere but I want people know about this firm. It's not good as his former clients say. My friend (their former client) told me that it is used to be good but not anymore. Be Careful !!

(I am taking help from a friend to write this in English) I heard about Mr Bob from many people but I had a worst experience ever. My hearing was in July 2023 and I tried to reach out to his office 6 months ahead but first reception took 1 week to have me talk to a paralegal. When I talked to him, he sounded very rude, a Punjabi speaker, name was Jagdev. I ignored him and talked to Nancy and told her that my hearing is coming up and your office didn’t talk to me once in last 3 years except for payment (only by Nancy). She was nice, replied and told me that our office would reach out to me 2 months ahead of the final hearing. I was surprised, only 2 months, what if I need more to prepare my documents. My 4 other friends fired Mr. Bob and moved to different lawyers bcoz Bob’a office and staff do not care about their clients. I was worried but I still kept Mr Bob. Meanwhile I read, a few reviews showing concerns that staff and Bob do not proactively work with the clients. and they usually made clients rush just before the hearing. Sometimes, they submitted incomplete or lost documents. It made me worry more and I reached out to them again but no response. I hired Mr.Bob as my lawyer but he never talked me in last 4 years. I even begged the receptionist that I deserved to talk my lawyer at once, at least but they never set up an appointment with Mr. Bob. I even offered to pay. I gave up and decided to wait. It was less than 2 months but no call from his office or Bob. I again text Nancy, called reception… OMG nightmare!!! Finally I got a call from his office only 30 days before the hearing. Then they began to rush me to get documents. How the hell I would arrange documents in a short period of time. I had my old parents in india and Bob’s failure to work proactively made me suffer. This Mr Bob still has not talk to me. His junior lawyer and paralegal filed my documents only 10 days before my hearing. It was a late filing. Paralegal was saying it’s ok.. Judges do not mind. On the contrary, on the day of the court hearing, judge moved my date to 2025 because Mr. Bob’s office failed to submit my documents on time. I finally fired Mr. Bob and hired another lawyer now. Worst experience! I do not recommend JOBE law / Bob.

I gave my case to this law firm back in 2016 and since then there’s zero progress on our case. Our lawyers who’s handling our case isn’t even in touch with us. Every time we had a court date for our case we end up meeting a different lawyer. I don’t think his lawyers are well experienced to handle asylum cases. Usually your lawyers are supposed to communicate with you before you go into court but it doesn’t happen at this law firm. It’s been 8 years and every time we appear in court the lawyer tell us oh there’s a new judge now we have to wait additional two years. This is super unprofessional their lawyers can’t even communicate with their clients. I called their office that I wish to speak with Robert Jobe and after that either they hung up on you or they don’t respond to their texts. It’s like they ghost on you after receiving the full payment. I am giving this review because I don’t want another client to go through same stress what we have gone through. Also I want to bring this to Robert’s attention so that way he’s aware of how unprofessional his lawyers and have bad communication as well.

I really aprriciate and thank you for whole team . They did excellent job in case . Special thanks to miss julia . She was my attorney she did very great job . I was so nervous but she help me alote . Thank to mr robert who took my case . And thank you to nancy ..thank you whole team ..

I wanted to thanks the entire team for all their guidance, hard work, and professionalism throughout this entire process. I had asylum pending since 2016 and then July 2022 I filed marriage based application and got approved within 10 months. I received my green card in my hand after 10 days of approval. My pending asylum also terminated quickly because of All Staff are very Knowledgeable and professional, Specially Rachaita Saha.
