Law office of robert B. Jobe is the best firm for immigration cases in this nation. Whole team is very knowledgeable, thorough, a great communicator, and truly represents the best interests of their client. Never lie for anything, explanation is very calm, Guideline in right direction, every update from time to time & help to case approve with good hands. I had an incredible experience with this firm. Worst client service ever. We have been loyal client of law office of Robert jobe since 2012. That 10+ years now. My brothers file for change of status was filed in 2019, they got the file rejected twice. And informed us about latest return of application after 7 MONTHS. THEY DID NOT WONDER FOR 7 months that why their client did not receive a receipt number. We made multiple calls and were informed “it’s probably just in process nothing to worry about.” They keep on have paralegal and student lawyer handle clients and results are far worst than they can imagine. Tried contacting rob, aLeda and Nancy ever the phone and calls keep on going to voice message. Thank you for ruining 5 years of my brothers life.

Great experience. When I came to USA I was told that Attorney BOB was the best amongst all in immigration related cases which turned out to be true. His staff is extremely helpful and dedicated.
