Horrible law firm, failed to inform me with Lyft settlement and dropped my case with them, I have waited 3 years for that. They never called me or emailed me and when I spoke to the attorney he said we have the right to drop your case and you can find someone else to represent you in court. I don't recommend this attorney at all they are dishonest and cheaters.

DO NOT JOIN THIS LAW FIRM FOR UBER LYFT CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT . THERE IS A SPECIAL PLACE IN HELL FOR ALL THE ATTORNEYS AT THIS LAW FIRM FOR MAKING A HOMELESS WOMAN MORE POOR THAN SHE WAS BECAUSE THEY LITERALLY MADE ME WAIT A YEAR AND A HALF TOLD ME I WAS A PART OF A LAWSUIT AND THEN DROPPED MY CASE. AT THE END OF THIS I WAS ALMOST SUICIDAL BECAUSE THEY WERE SO NASTY TOWARDS ME AND SO COLD DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS LAW FIRM YOU'LL REGRET IT.

The law firm provides exceptional legal knowledge and service. Well worth the $99 investment. Paul provided clear, complete and concise legal case law in order to prepare us a for a small claims case against the owner of our former residence.

I plan on giving a more detailed review after I have more experience BUT for now; like a lot of renters I am having landlord issues. "Just pay your rent..." Haha, if it were only that simple. My situation has several moving parts that are so complicated that literally nobody wants to touch me. Including ALL of the non-profits. Even "greedy" lawyers wouldn't accept my slamdunk of a case. LOL But I have no idea what this law firm found in my case, but so far, at least they are returning my phone calls and listening to me. A very, very positive sign, after literally years of frustration. Two Thumbs-up for now!!! EDIT: Just me and my terrible expectations. 1- do contingency lawyers expect a lay person to do legal work for the firm. I tried to get a simple inspection from the city and was rebuffed. That took a month of work, but at the least, that should demonstrate that there is a problem somewhere and requires professional investigation. But no, the response I got was to go somewhere else. (for the 100th time). 2 - is there a law that says that a contingency law firm cannot handle fee cases. Several times I explained that I may be able to get cash depending on the amount. I know that retainers can be $5000, $10k, $20k, or more; just give me a figure to work with. The response I get is a blank stare.... Perhaps I should just walk into a random law firm with a pile of $100 dollar bills. No joke, if I tell someone 10 times that I might be able to pay and they refuse to honor my request. That sounds like a personal issue, it certainly doesn't make business sense to turn down cash. Very odd world. But this is just my experience after wasting two months. BTW this firm offers a $25 rebate for a review. I did not ask for the rebate. That's how confident I was that I was finally getting some attention. Nuff said... Two Thumbs down...

We are in the preliminary stages of our case... But today my husband and I met with Paul Collins our advisory attorney for the duration of our appointment. He was AWESOME! He was on time (our appt was pretty early) and came super prepared. He read and reviewed all the documents and videos I sent him ahead of time which made our appointment very productive. He is knowledgeable, empathic towards our situation, and offers sound solid advice. He also provided links for us to review so we can better understand our rights, and had Ana, the intake team member provide a template we plan to use for our situation. And let me take a moment to shout out Ana, she is professional, took great notes during our intake session, found us an appointment right away, and provided links and the folders we needed to upload our documentation almost instantaneously. The whole process with the team was pretty flawless and left us feeling good about the whole terrible situation. Once it's time for us to move forward in our case, we will be sticking with this team. If you have strong documentation and concerns about issues with your landlord/apartment complex I highly recommend them.

Stay away from this law firm. They are fraudulent. These people don't have what it takes to represent anybody. Their approach is to bring you as a client, sit on your case, and once you are done with the wait and pursue the assistance of another attorney; they go after you to get paid for the work they claim having done. This is not a legitimate law firm. This is a deceitful business. To give you an idea of how they run their trickery, they have a few of their staff titled " case managers" in charge of trying to make you feel at ease that you are in good hands. These staff are tasked to mail clients lying about their case's progress when, in truth, your appointed attorney is doing nothing for you. The handful of attorneys on their website have their own law firms and cater legal services to multiple others, including Tenant Law Group. Therefore, your case is not a priority to them. They have no interest or plan to work on your case. Their goal and purpose is to hold you financially accountable regardless of how you pursue justice in your case, with or without them. They lie about everything they do. Stay away from these people. They are a fraud!

After 30 minutes of speaking to Mr. Collins, I feel empowered to follow through with my complaints. Me. Collins explained several laws relating to my issues. He reviewed my lease and all the videos and photos I sent him. He was very understanding and informative. I do not feel like he wasted one second of my time. Me. Collins was 100% prepared to answer all of my questions.
