This firm helped me to not let a previous landlord take advantage of me during a very emotional time in my life, they fought for me and helped me every step of the way! Thanks so much to everyone that worked on my case

After renting for 20 years, I had a serious water leak within the home. I was treated unfairly and needed representation. I did my research and found tenant law group. They assured me I had a good case and they would help me resolve my issue. They were professional and steadfast throughout the entire process. I would recommend this company to Anyone needing assistance. Kudos to the entire staff

Leaving all the details out. Being a Client of this group, words to the wise: get a premise liability lawyer instead or find another legal group that will work in your best interest.

Update: I posted the below on a Sunday. Monday morning I got an email from their head of growth offering to finally give me a consultation. I replied asking for one good reason I should do so after the level of disrespect they showed me. They didn't reply, but sent me an automated email saying they wouldn't be able to help me. So you heard it here first folks: their head of marketing (growth?) can't come up with a reason you should use their services. Original review: I wouldn’t want to be represented by a firm that shows this level of disrespect to anyone. In the end I dodged a bullet. They sent me a letter offering a free consultation. I called to set it up. The person on the call wasn’t a lawyer and had no advice for me. They said that based on my situation, they’d set up an appointment with a lawyer. We scheduled that meeting, they requested a bunch of docs prior to the meeting, but on the day of the meeting they canceled with no explanation. I immediately emailed and called. No reply. Emailed a few more times and never heard back.

EDITED to 3 Stars: Consultation with Paul-5 Stars, Consultation with Aser-3.5 stars( nice and good advice but he forgot to talk w/ Paul about possibly taking case against landlord for about a week, I had to call in), Reception-5 Stars, Omar-0 Stars: I was told he would review my evidence to see if they could take my case and it would only be a few days. I was also told he would contact me for any other info I should submit. Weeks go by and I heard nothing so I emailed them to follow up and I was sent an email saying they don't represent unlawful detainers. I want to sue for retaliatory eviction, harassment and unlivable conditions, stealing my cat. I called them and waited for Omar to finally call me. He calls from an unrecognized number, doesn't leave a voicemail. He then calls my other number and leaves a voicemail to call him back. I call back and he's very short, keeps cutting me off and says I had no evidence except for me blogging about the harassment and some texts to my sisters about the threats. I said I had a sheriffs report, vet bills, x-rays of my cat with bullets in her arm, security videos of my landlord stealing another one of my cats, screenshots of him being adopted out, photos of the house conditions, photos of their dogs always in my yard, etc... He argues with me that I didn't upload any of that. I had to tell him how to get to the video files. He hadn't looked at any of the folders except the 1(10 most pieces) but he'd talk it over with the team and give me an answer. He said he'd know by today and today I received an email saying they couldn't help me, with "free tenant resources" , which wouldn't even be helpful to my case in any way, but WITHOUT the attachments. Since I spoke to him yesterday, I've watched my landlord wait for me to leave again, steal 3 more of my cats on security video, specifically targeting them, come home to the hot water shut off(they went into the house), and my package stolen with a note from them on the door for the delivery man not to deliver packages to my address anymore. ------------------------------------- Review for Paul and reception. They provided excellent advice on my landlord buyout issue and had a very calming and friendly demeanor. They were extremely knowledgeable and helped me feel confident in talking to my bully of a landlord.

Just as we have said elsewhere, we now post here where more people needing a really good lawyer will see. Attorney Mark Potter and the firm he leads have been excellent representing me and my wife on our fire victim claims, after the infamous "Camp Fire" forest fire disaster. This massive, federally declared national disaster absolutely ravaged our home inside and out, possessions, destroyed our vehicles, devastating our lives, destroying our entire town and the larger town next to ours. It was was one of the biggest, most destructive wildfires ever to strike America. We actually had gone to other lawyers, firms, before finding Mark and his firm. Mark has personally worked our claims while overseeing his assisting staff attorneys that are equally impressive. Allison J. is our personal client services rep appointed by Mark. Allison has worked tirelessly, effectively on our behalf. We stayed with Mark, and his firm, because they truly care, follow through, always stay in touch, actually listen to our concerns, get things done with great results. Other firms did virtually nothing in comparison. The great thing about Mark and his staff is how they always find time to reply to our emails and calls when we seek feedback or advice on our claim. So many lawyers just cut off all communication and let your case solve itself, or worse, just neglect it. Compared to some really good lawyers and firms we have dealt with throughout life we put Mark and his team in the top 2 %, if not the very top law firm, especially when considering the devastating nature of our claim, how huge our losses were, his understanding and know-how to legally represent us to keep our winning case moving forward. The fire victims still have some way to go till the whole matter is resolved, requiring real endurance and dedication on the part of any attorney. So, we are thankful to have Mark there for us to see everything through to the best end possible. Men like Mark, and his firm, his partners and staff, see the larger picture that others don't fully consider. In that sense Mark's firm goes above and beyond the call. It's really kind of shocking how effective Mark is compared to the other firms that simply did not care, did not bother to stay in touch or stay on the job. This proved true even when similar huge disasters came along that his firm attended to as well. In summary, the great thing about Mark Potter is that he shows real social awareness, is a real leader, sees the bigger picture as well as the unique nature of your case, really making him a truly great attorney. Mark and his firm are a great blessing in light of such a terrible loss. We are most fortunate and thankful to have found them, and so strongly recommend them.

I called in to discuss a possible lawsuit and they do not take cases unless you pay first. Instant red flag for me! They charge $99 and up for a consultation😂

I definitely do not recommend this law firm. For a consultation it's $99 and up that's not even for certain they'll take your case.

This is my opinion of my experience with this law firm: I contacted them about an issue that they told me I had a case for but informed me that I wasn't going to win enough money to make it worth it for the firm. I was told by the attorney Paul M Collins that he wishes I got physically injured because his firm would make more money. I was then encouraged to try to get evicted by my landlord so that they would take the case for me, because then the firm would make more money. I've never heard of anything so irresponsible and unethical, a lawyer encouraging his potential client to do something that would jeopardize having a roof over his head. I spoke to 1 person on the phone the first time I called, they set up an appointment for a 2nd person to call me, I spoke with that person then I was told I had a case and that I would need to pay around $180 for a 1 hour consultation. At the beginning of the consultation Paul informed me he would only be doing 30 min and would be refunding my money. They also never gave me an invoice for my refund until I asked for it. You need to be reminded to do trivial basic tasks like providing receipts. Bravo. This is the 3rd person I spoke with at this circus. At the end of the consultation, which was totally pointless and a waste of my time, Paul told me that if I wanted to proceed with litigation to contact a 4TH PERSON NAMED MIKE. So here I am contacting the 4th inept member of this deceptive law firm and they have yet to respond. Totally unprofessional and again, a waste of my time.
