My experience back then was very positive, and I did not hesitate to call him again with a dispute I had with an organization. He listened to what my goal was and also identified potential problems in advance. Steve helped me by organizing the facts involved, providing sound business advice and presenting a strong case which resulted in my favor. I found that this experience with Steve gave me hope and strength when I sometimes doubted myself. He is very understanding and always available to talk with me.
