I had filed for my mom's green card through another lawyer in 2017. However some reason her green card was stuck with USCIS. I reached out to Sejal Parikh in 2019 to get her to see what was going on with my mom's case. She was very prompt and professional . She was very diligent with the documentation. Even though the new policies made it very difficult for her to reach out to the SFO field office , she managed to get their contact information. Finally she was able to re-initiate the case and provide further evidence needed by USCIS. Dec 2020 my mom's GC was approved. Sejal is very knowledgeable and most importantly caring and understand the challenges with immigrants. She even appeared for my mom's second round of interview and I was impressed with her authority to get them to sign the paper work submitted for evidence and follow-up commitment. I will definitely recommend her and use her services in future.
