I contacted Kelly Armstrong at The Armstrong Law Firm multiple times last year and this year. She was extremely helpful and supportive of me and my situation. She spoke to me about many aspects of my case and different ways that I could best position my situation for my family and I. She made sure I understood the things she was explaining to me which included talking about the law, preliminary requirements for claims, how I could try to obtain benefits for my family and I to address our financial concerns and my potential options. My husband and I worked with the Verma Law Firm to process through our marriage based green card application. We worked with Arjun, Arti, and their extended team. Our papers did not bounce back at any point of our application process, and we got a lot of information that was not available online. The immigration process is very complicated and especially messy now during COVID, but we got the green card in 12 months, despite the challenging times. I also had to visit home with an advance parole document and we had to expedite my temporary work permit application due to my family and my husband's work circumstances. Arjun personally called USCIS to file an expedition request and informed us about the possible risks during re-entry to the US. The whole immigration system is really designed against the immigrant and his/her spouse, but our law team did everything they could to help us along the way. We were very well informed about various updates in immigration law (and there were many in 2020) and able to make well informed decisions based on latest information. I have heard awful immigration stories from people using various law firms or filing by themselves. I would definitely recommend anyone to work with Verma Law Firm to avoid the trouble, it is hundred percent worth the price.

Recientemente me contacte con ellos para pedirles que me representaran pero al pareser no creen tener la capacidad de representarme o tal vez trabajan con las compañias de el area. I recently call and ask for some help it looks like they represent the companies in the area cause they decide not to represent me. Hablan de que no creen que tengo hay la suficiente prueba cuando ni siquiera les importa representat a la comunidaf de el area de la bahia. Me llaman para decir me que por que mejor no me busco otro trabajo. Ellos dicen que estan para representar a las personas que son despedidas injustamente pero en realidad solo ayudan a quien segun ellos les va a dar mas dinero.. Yo me lastime en el trabajo. Y el abogado que me esta ayudando con mi claim me sugirio buscat ayuda con el caso de despido injustificado.. Esta es una firma que discrimina a la comunidad latina. Ya que ni siquiera tienen a alguien que hable español y cuando les pides intrepretes responden que no pueden representarte...

We interviewed a few other business attorneys, but chose Steve because of his experience and because he showed genuine interest (with the other lawyers, the consultations felt transactional). Steve was instrumental in helping us with a complex entity structure for our small business that wanted to grow. The work involved setting up a C Corp and issuing shares. Throughout the process, he proactively addressed issues, patiently answered our many questions, and replied to our calls and emails in a timely manner. We're glad to have found someone as hard-working as Steve. Would happily go back to him if we need an attorney again in the future.
