Wow! I just called and spoke with Damien regarding some urgent real estate legal issues expecting to have to set up an appointment and pay for some advice and consultation, which I would have gladly done in my situation. Instead, I got all my questions answered in a concise and knowledgeable 30 minute phone call. Damien took the time to understand my legal issue and offered tons of very helpful advice...for free, without any expectation of returned business. I can tell he was genuine and honest. He was very knowledgeable with home builder and real estate matters and general etiquette on how to handle legal situations regarding them. I spoke with Damian about some challenges around a partnership agreement. I had a consultation with lawyer Damian this morning and I found him very professional, patient and to-the-point. My problem involves tenant eviction and I want to go through a regular process to deal with it. He read my case and referred me two lawyer firms who are professional on regular eviction. Although I may not be his target client, he read my lease carefully and answered every single question that I proposed, penitently and nicely. I recently contacted this law firm and Damian is just exemplary. I have dealt with many law firms in the past(family, civil) but never met lawyer like him who do a thorough job and during consultation itself he will make it clear about case fate and tentative cost. I find Damian a great dynamic passionate personality who if takes case means he has to win as defeat does not exist in his dictionary. Recently, We ran into legal situation by selling our home. We called more than twenty lawyers in our areas.
