We contacted this firm regarding a tenant-landlord issue. Damian was beyond thoughtful and went out of his way to give us advice, letting us know our rights, share resources, and even recommending others to talk to as well. It’s rare that a professional shows that they actually care about helping when you’re in a tough situation. We really appreciated it since we would otherwise feel helpless and taken advantage of. This was our first interaction with someone in law so it was definitely unexpected - he gives attorneys a good name!

Very helpful and more importantly, quick! I had a few questions about my lease which I wanted to run by a lawyer. Damien reached out within mins of my call and asked me to setup a free 30 mins consult. Then 30 mins before my call he asked me to send docs and all so he could be properly setup for the call. By the time the time came for the call, most of the questions were already answered. Mission accomplished.

My case is not a complicated one but since Damian offers 30 minutes of free consultation I thought I can get some advices from him to get ready for my case. Damian not only gave me some great advices, answered all my questions, did research, texted and emailed me the links so I can read up on my case. He even followed up with me and send me more information on a Sunday. All of this work and expertises given for FREE. Damian deserves more than a 5 stars for all the help he has given me. I called Casteneda & Co regarding what I thought might be a real estate matter (with an urgent deadline). I was able to speak with Damian immediately and he took the time to listen to my issue even though he was facing his own deadline. Ultimately he recommended I contact someone in family law and was able to provide me with a list of certified family law specialists. It took me calling about 20 people before I found one of them willing to listen to what I needed and help me. It really made me realize how awesome Damian was to make time for me immediately. He also followed up to see if I was able to find someone to help :-) Next time I need a Real Estate attorney he will be the first person I call!

If I could give more than five stars to Damian I would have! He is professional, polite and knowledgeable in what he does. When I left him a message in Yelp, he returned my message promptly though it was late night! We quickly settled a time to talk and, even though, I didn't have a good reception on my phone he shared his number to finally talk. Without charging me, he gave me nice advice on my case and even introduced me a good book to get to it to upgrade my knowledge and also have access to sample of letters I needed to write. Moreover, he provided me concepts and legal matters I needed to include into my letter, all free of charge! I highly recommend him!
