I had a HOA question in an area that they don’t really cover, but they still reached out to me and gave me an option of someone that I could talk to. He even gave me some advice on deadlines. Like I told Damian: “Nobody wants to ever need an attorney, but if I ever need on in the areas that you work I will be sure to reach out to you.” Good work.

I have never got legally represented by Castaneda and co because our request was outside of their scope, but Damian showed professionalism and responsiveness. Quite amazing nowadays. Rare quality when someone tries to help by sharing the resourcess. Bravo!!

Just searching for a real estate attorney who can assist my question with an answer, so I found the office of Mr. Casteneda’s which was the closest near by. When I arrived, his office was closed, but was able to contact him with the number posted on the front door, in which he responded promptly the following day. And even though he did not have the answer to my question, he did provide me with a referral that can assist me with getting the right answer to my question. I appreciated his responsiveness, honesty, and his intelligence on regards to not answering my question, but instead providing me with the contact information on somebody who is best suited to answer my question properly. It’s best to refer others to individuals that have knowledge of the right answer to the question, than to give someone the wrong answer because they think they know everything when in reality they don’t have the answer to that specific question. Thank you Mr. Castaneda, I really appreciate you, and your services.
