I needed help and contacted him few weeks ago. Unfortunately, he will be out for few months and cannot take my case. He reply immediately less than an hour and share some links that can help me in my situation. He's very helpful

I had questions on how to deal with my case and Damian provided a detailed overview of the options that I should consider and a thorough roadmap of how to proceed with it. He explained the pros and cons of each of the options. Through out the consultation period, he kept me comfortable, allowed me to think and ask questions, until I get all the answers. For those questions that he could not answer, he referred me to the person who could answer better. He is thorough and gives a solid reasoning behind every statement. Any day my friends have a need, I would definitely recommend him.

I reached out to several other law firms to discuss my case. Castaneda & Co was the most professional by far -- they were prompt in reaching out to schedule a call via a calendar link. The call with Damien was extremely helpful - he gave me steps on how to find a firm that could help me, even though they couldn't take my case. He also gave me tips on how to present my case, and what to consider when calling other law firms. Other firms I talked to either pointed me to file a complaint with the California labor & housing dept, or stated the amount would be too small for them to take on, or I'd be filling too late. Damian listened to my case and encouraged me to try another route. Extremely happy I contacted this firm, only wished that I had talked to them first.
