If you want your case settled you don't want this lawyer. He does everything in his power to keep cases going so he can bill hours. Case in point. I submitted a global settlement offer to him August 2, 2015. He never responded in 8 weeks. But he billed over $10,000 to the divorce. He has been admonished in courts by judges for his unprofessionalism in failing to return phone calls and emails on a timely basis. He is one of the most dishonest and unethical people I have met in my life. He should disbarred for practicing law.

In 2009 my wife and I received word that our mortgage had been sold to another bank. We were not concerned until we received a foreclosure notice on our front door. We had been making our mortgage payments on time since the transfer of our mortgage yet the bank said we were in the rears by about $17,000. I took time off work to figure out what was going on. This was the beginning of an eleven year nightmare. After consulting attorneys in the Chico area and later Sacramento we found not one attorney who could figure out the convoluted mortgage mess that had happened to us. We had spent thousands of dollars on attorneys who failed us or dropped the ball, causing us to almost give up.
