I had a slip and fall accident but never thought I would end up having to go to a lawyer. I was blessed with John Hayes at McKiernan law offices as my attorney. It has been a long and tiring process (as I assume all cases are) but during this process John became more than my lawyer, he became my friend. I am very grateful to know him and when my case is over I know I can still contact him if I need something. My case is supposed to settle in the next week or so and I am hoping it will be moderately lucrative for me but also will be so happy to have this case done. I would always recommend them to anyone! A little piece of advice for clients- always try to be reasonable, understanding and logical. Things don’t always go the way you want, when you want them to but hang in there!
