After my injury that was going to require two separate surgeries and have me out of work for at least 8 months. I was advised we should get a lawyer. After discussing my injury claim we decided to go with McKiernan and Associates. Darryl was my case manager. He kept in constant contact with my wife and I on my progress and updated us on my claim. I am so grateful for everyone at this office, especially John Hayes. I was in a really bad accident last year while traveling from Slo to Salinas for work. A car came across the grass center divider on the 101 freeway and I ran into him head on. I broke my left femur and suffered injuries to my neck, back and face. Luckily I had great doctors at the hospital and I made a full recovery. My friend had mentioned that Mr. Hayes had helped her out when she was in an accident so I decided to give him a call. Again, I am so grateful I did. John and the team at McKiernan took care of everything. They made sure I received top dollar for my car, which was a total loss, and I was able to use that money to buy a new car once I fully recovered. They made sure I never had to deal with any doctor or hospital bills. They were able to get the other drivers insurance company to settle for the full amount of the policy within 6 months, and the only reason it took that long is Mr. Hayes wanted to make sure I had fully recovered before settling. If you are in a car accident, your first call needs to be to this office. Neither your insurance company or the other drivers insurance company are there to help you. They are in business to make money for their shareholders. Their #1 job is to convince you to take the least amount of money possible, not give you anything at all and to delay, delay, delay so you’ll settle for next to nothing because you just need something so you can pay your bills.

When my husband was in a bad car accident we called James McKiernan. We were getting nowhere with the other person who rear ended my husband and totaled his car, and he was hurt pretty badly and required 2 surgeries. I am ONLY giving 5 stars because there are not 100! I absolutely cannot say enough positive things about them.
