Why do I even have to give them a 1??
These people don’t have any comprehension. They pass you from person to person and no one knows anything. They searched my name, social, old address, new address, phone numbers, and yet they still couldn’t locate an account for me. CLEARLY ITS NOT ME!!!
They refused to remove it and they advised me to contact the agency after they wasted 30 minutes trying to locate an account for me. Do your job!! Very RUDE DONOVAN!!!!!

When you call you can barely understand their names for documentation purposes. If it is a medical thing they will not use an HSA they expect it to come out of your personal banking account but don't tell you prior. Not very professional. Customer service skills need improvement.

She talked so d**n fast I could barely understand her, and was irritated when I asked her to repeat herself. I had never contacted a collection agency before so I had to mute after telling her "one sec" while I asked my husband what to ask them and she would be saying "hello? Hello?" While I'm trying to
talk to my husband for 10 seconds. But I guess I got my debt figured out.

I had a pleasant experience with This collection agency. Quick, easy and great customer service. Shows on my credit report as paid in full (closed). Thanks for the help in clearing up my debt and getting my credit score up.

Just got let go after working here for two months because of my background that they had been got back! The chief of staff is heartless lady! I would not recommend applying here! You’ll get bullied by the male manager Kevin he creates a hostile work environment to me . Tiffany was the BEST! We need MORE managers like her in this world! Of course people with a heart as pure as hers can’t be ceos it’s always the heartless mean rich people that have no regard for the lower class nor care!
