This agency is garbage!! It's been 7 years and they keep renewing my debt. Is that not illegal. It's from Progressive Insurance. Fawwkkk these two companies.

Some collections scumbags that send old bills that don’t exist! Don’t settle with them, contest your bill and report them for fraud and harassment to federal trade agency!

Maria and Kevin (supervisor) are the rudest people ever. I called to settle a debt and they were so rude and degrading. They refused to work with me, because they said its not what or when I want it, its on their terms or nothing. I have 2 very old collections (this being one) only reason I wanted to settle was to see if it boost my score. They pay pennies on the dollar to buy these collections you would think they would want to work with the customers to get these accounts paid. Since they refused I decided to take the money I would of given them and paid the other collection I had. That other collection company was so nice and made the process simple, paid them right then and there. I doubt reviews even matter to this company being rude seems to be a requirement to work there.

The reviews don't upset! I have met the must disgusting person in my life with this firm her name is HARRIET AUSTIN. She called for an account that was already payed and she never let me talked never called back to apologies either. Put better people to work.

Trying to charge me for something i never did is crazy,

I sent in paperwork showing fraud was committed on my credit and identity theft. Even after receiving this paperwork Caine and Weiner tagged my credit and reported an unpaid amount I am not legally liable for. Shame on you! I’ll be pursing this hardship created my your firm aggressively.

I would give them zero stars. I notice them on my credit report. They reported a closed account to the credit bureaus stating I owed a company. I had the proof but was unable to locate it at that time. I disputed this issue twice, the bureaus said Caine and wiener information was correct. Since I didn’t have proof it remained on my credit for years. I had moved during this process and when I was going through old paperwork, guess what I found???Yes, my proof. You can imagine my excitement…LOL.. I disputed this a third time and within a few weeks it was deleted from my reports. What bothers me the most about all of this is, if I had never found my proof it would still be damaging my credit. How awful is that?

Horrible company that will make you pay for credit repair even though I didn’t need it. They are scammers. I am speaking to my lawyers as of now to sue.

Used by Progressive Insurance as a collection agency. My customer (I am an insurance agent) paid Progressive in full and after being contacted (hassled) by this company, I provided proof that the account was paid in full. Reached out to company on multiple occasions asking for confirmation without response. They are great at harassing people for money, but can't give the common business courtesy and responding to other requests once proof is provided. I would give this type of business negative stars if possible.

They wont tell you if you pay online theres a "process". They charge you $6.00 online also just to pay. Then, you have to wait for it to "process". So even if you pay, it still doesnt show you paid. When you call them, they can't help you get the payment you made to show up to accounting, even though the person you are speaking to works for the same company. Is there negative stars?
