A huge thank you to Mr. Bamieh for doing an absolutely wonderful job for my uncle on his case. What was a traumatic experience with the Ventura police (and their lack of competence) turned into a happy victory, with this lawyer. Being unfairly treated by law enforcement, and having his life almost torn apart by a DA who had never even met the person accusing him of completely unfounded events, my uncle was set back in so many ways. Mr. Bamieh understood the inner workings of the case, and was skillful in his handling of the case in the courtroom and outside of it as well. At last minute I met with Ms. De Smeth with some questions about how I could receive compensation and services after being injured by a drunk driver. Ms. De Smeth and her staff were accommodating and arranged an appointment with me on short notice. Ms. De Smeth was very helpful and did not charge me for the initial consult.
