When I first visit the office I was very impressed with his straight forward manner. They handled my case fast and kept me informed at all times. I highly recommend them. :0)

I have Know Ron since he was a prosecutor for Ventura County, he was one of the best. I have also have been a client at his for a personal case of mine. He believed in me, and helped me with my case, He fought my case deligently and we won. I have to say over all the years I have known Ron, he has been the same a very caring person that believes in his clients, treats them as a person and will do everything he can to help you with your case. He will always be mine and my family first choice in legal help.

My case was definately unusual to say the least. Danielle handled it with ease. From Law enforcement filing untruthful and bias declarations to the plaintiff perjuring herself repeatedly. The billing was spot on and more than fair. My hearing lasted less than 30 minutes and was dismissed. Had I not hired Danielle and the resources her firm has to offer, I would have not had the same outcome. She will be my attorney from here on out.

Ms. De Smeth walked us through the legal process in an utterly professional and caring manner. Her assistance was focused, informative and resulted in charges being dropped. She followed up quickly regarding any additional questions we posed, to include her interactions with the full spectrum of the legal process. I would hire her in an instant to represent those closest to me.

I called Danielle utterly lost at how to handle harassment I was personally faced with. At the time I did not know what was approachable with the law and what wasn't. She explained everything I needed to know and didn't know. She made herself available to listen, ask the right questions, and give me the next step to walk into. Throughout the whole process Danielle was efficient with her time, never left me waiting for any part of the process, and informed me with ample information on what was happening in the process. She fought for me the whole way through. Her ability to write is clear, precise, and very intelligent. She is organized and is 100% a team player and supportive. She was out of town for a week during the thick of this case and went the extra effort to keep me in touch with her co-worker asking if they would reach out to me to make sure all was going as planned. Danielle is intelligent, dedicated, approachable, and very hard working. She is a true professional in her field making leaps and bounds for people. She invites team work and has a strong but gentle nature. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Being from a family heavily enthroned in law, knowing several and working with a wide variety of Attorneys, some would say (and I’d agree) that I am somewhat cynical and can be a harsh critic of Attorneys. There are a lot of Attorneys that receive and deserve the bad rap (not to mention the Attorney jokes), that are made with regards to Attorneys. However, Bamieh & Erickson, PLC and David Ring are not those Attorneys (in my humble opinion). As a woman, I’ve been told that I am aggressive (confident), I come across to brash and domineering (passionate about the truth and/or my character). For me, its about character, truth and doing the right thing at whatever cost, at all times. When I came to Bamieh & Erickson, PLC and David Ring regarding a legal matter, they sat down and listened WITHOUT interrupting me or attempting to put words in my head. I’ve had experience in the field of law and I’ve witnessed the good, the bad and the ugly. With Bamieh & Erickson, PLC and David Ring I experienced working side-by-side (if you will) with professional Attorneys in order to convey a united front. If I had questions, concerns or I didn’t agree with something being done, they were patient, listened to every concern and took the time to explain in English (if necessary) all of my concerns. They never made me feel less than they, nor like I had to do it their way because they were the Attorneys (which happens with quite a few law firms). They might have thought (my own opinion) in the beginning I was difficult, but I believe as we proceeded forward, they realized I was not only knowledgeable, but also had their best interest in mind at all times. They made me feel part of their team. I readily admit that Attorneys and Doctors are two professions that I’m not easily persuaded by. I DO NOT give kudos, referrals, ratings and praise that I feel is unwarranted. I have a variety of professionals that often seek my advice and trust me to guide them in the right direction. Anyone in the two mentioned professions would have had to show/prove themselves to me and to my satisfaction first in order for me to provide a referral. Finally, for me to give a rating of 5 stars to the profession of Law or Medicine would have a few of my professional friends (Attorneys included), contacting Doctors and pounding down my front door to have me drug tested and checked from head to toe. With all of that said Bamieh & Erickson, PLC and David Ring have earned my undying respect and yes I do, and will continue to refer potential clients to them.”

Ron Bamieh represented me during a most unbelievable time of my life. My stress level was so over the top. I seriously could not believe what was happening to me. The last thing I ever thought would happen in my life, was the need to hire a criminal attorney. I seriously spent about one week researching who are the best criminal attorneys in Ventura County. I spoke to three very prominent but not criminal attorneys. All three said that Ron was the best criminal attorney hand down. Well, I definitely made the right decision. From the moment I met Ron, I became totally calm and felt that I was in the right hands. He was tremendous with his knowledge and serious connections within the legal/judicial community. Hopefully, I will never need to hire a criminal attorney again, but let me say, if in the unlikely event I need to, Ron will be my first and only choice. He is truly a class act.

I can not be more thankful for this company, mainly Mr. Bamieh, scaring my son enough to make him turn his life around. It was worth every penny to keep my son from going to prison.
