Peter Liss is the best attorney in San Diego for your case hands down.

If you are in any kind of legal trouble, STOP RIGHT NOW AND CALL PETER LISS! I cannot say enough wonderful things about his level of integrity and knowledge. Mr. Liss helped us when our daughter was going through a difficult time. He answered calls promptly and navigated the course to have all charges dismissed. He does not over charge for services and he doesn't make promises. He just proceeds methodically, proactively and swiftly to get the best possible result. He's a Godsend and we are very grateful for his assistance!

If you need an attorney, you owe it to yourself to research and interview available attorneys within the jurisdiction of the court. I did just that and was fortunate enough to find Peter Liss. I reached out to Mr. Liss over a weekend and was surprised to receive a call back rather quickly. I explained our situation and he answered a number of questions for me. Peter Liss is one of the best Attorneys out there. He helped both me and my spouse get through the legal system with ease. He explains everything is non legal terms and goes out of his way to help you the best way he can. Peter was wonderful. My family went through a very difficult time when my brother was arrested. Peter was extremely helpful and patient. I recently had the opportunity to observe Mr. Liss at a preliminary trial and his skills convinced me that if a member of my family ever needed a criminal attorney, I would seek his services. At trial, Liss was so effective and persuasive that he achieved a great result for his client. I recently got a DUI. and I blew a .12, which isn't terrible considering it was my first. However I hit another driver in the process (on the freeway mind you) totally wrecked his car and also injured the lone passenger. It was really scary, and automatically I was going to be convicted with a DUI Felony. I was absolutely terrified because I had a clean record and now I was going to get a Felony! That's a stain that pretty much never can be expunged off your record. So I did my research and contacted around 8 different attorneys/legal firms in the San Diego County area. Some of them dealt specifically with DUI's others did a variety of legal practices. I found Peter Liss online through another attorney, who referred Mr. Liss to me. Boy did he come through for me! I didn't have to serve any extra jail time, I ended up with a DUI Misdemeanor which is essentially a slap on the wrist and only 3 months of OHS classes as rehabilitation. He also was diligent enough to get my fines reduced, not to mention he was very flexible as far as the cost. It wasn't an arm an a leg to retain him, and any time I needed him he was there (un-like the public defender I was assigned)

Peter helped me with a legal problem that had hung over me for almost 30 years! He spoke to me, explained his plan and within a few weeks my 30 year old problem was gone! My mom and dad found Peter for me when i was going through the hardest time in my life. Not only did he reassure me time and time again on how much he was going to help me, but his assistant did too. She was really nice and made sure to tell me Peter was going to make this all better and not to be so worried. Peter Liss never sugarcoated anything and did what he told me. To the person who keeps thinking he's a 'douchebag', you are obviously talking about yourself or another Attorney because Peter is none of the things your talking about. He always did what he told me in his office, or over the phone. He never switched his story in front of the Judge. And I ALSO think that he is way to busy to be writing his own reviews.
