I cannot recommend Thomas enough. He got me out of a really bad situation. Thank god for his hard work and patience. One day I decided to drink and drive which led to me getting pulled over and arrested with a BAC of .15 along with a refusal to test. I had hired another attorney who dropped the ball big time at the first court and dmv appearance. Since the moment I spoke with Thomas he reassured me that everything was going to work out and to have faith. I have never had someone that had my back 100 percent and worked the case for about a year until he got the DUI dismissed in Stanislaus county; a county that is very strict on DUIs. I cannot thank Thomas enough for his hard work and dedication. Hopefully, I never have to use his services again but out of this experience I gained an awesome attorney and lifelong friend.

I wanted to take a moment to write how much it has meant to me to have Attorney Thomas Fleming represent me in my DUI Case. From our initial legal consultation all the way to resolution many months later, Thomas has been incredible and exceptional as an attorney. Thomas had me do a lot of work at all levels to prepare for court and DMV litigations. Armed with documentation of this, he spoke privately with the judge and the prosecutor, and convinced them to find me not guilty. Then the court rendered a Not Guilty verdict. Thomas then gave me a copy of the court certified order of Not Guilty. Incredible! Thomas had a backup plan to use a forensic toxicologist to give an opinion on the rising blood alcohol defense (despite my having a middle BAC) at trial with DMV and the court. But it seems the easier way to talk everyone into it. The court then ordered DMV to not suspend my license at the DMV hearing. This caused DMV to also find me Not Guilty. I didn’t even know the court could do that! Thomas’s work has been a true blessing. I am deeply grateful to God for guiding me to find Thomas in a time of great hardship, stress, and despair. May God continue to bless Thomas and his work so that others can get the same amazing blessing I received for my DUI case!

I did not flee the scene, however I found myself in jail because I had been drinking. This was one of the most scariest times of my life what happens next how is this going to affect me forever. We went back to court I was more confident this time on what is in God’s will will be. That time of taking those classes my spirit had been transformed to understanding how to make better choices and better decisions. It happened! I was granted my miracle my case went from being charged with a DUI to the DUI being dismissed and changed to a wet and wreck-less. Thank God. based off these reviews it seems like he just takes DUI cases. I was waiting hours for a call back that he promised made me explain the entire situation into specific details, The time that he said he was going to call me back past and I texted him asking I didn’t get the call then he stated that he will not be taking my case. I think this is very unprofessional To have someone in a very Vulnerable moment explain in detail what the situation is and then to miss a callback instead of letting me know that he cannot take the case he just had me waiting.

I thought that terrible decision completely ruined a career that I love. I received no punishment, only be good for 1 year and pay a small speeding fine. Then even the dry reckless driving will be expunged in 1 year. But DMV can suspend my license for the DUI. They act separately from the court. So Mr Fleming retained an expert forensic toxicologist in my case and we had a DMV trial. Based on the expert testimony, DMV also found me not guilty! My license was not suspended, which was essential for my job. I am super impressed with Mr. Fleming and his handling of my case. A little over a year and a half ago I was involved in a multi vehicle accident and was facing multiple DUI felony charges, a very dark and low time in my life and felt like I was going to lose everything.
