Terrible representation I ever had. He spent more time to refute my event instead of defending. I don’t understand why all these reviews are saying their cases got dismissed because mine was circumstantial which is 50% of chance, he wouldn’t even take my testimony after he took my $5000 Mr Thomas, confidentiality has been waived from my side

I was in a very dark place and facing many consequences from the court. For driving a vehicle with a very high blood alcohol level. I didn’t think there was any hope. Then I believe God guided me to Thomas. Thomas is an amazing lawyer and very skilled at what he does. Thomas worked very hard on my case and was always reaching out to me. He always answered my phone calls and emails immediately. Thomas helped me so much in a very hard time. Because of Thomas I did not get any jail time, didn’t lose my license, and didn’t get a DUI conviction! I am very thankful for Thomas Fleming. I want to thank Attorney Fleming for being such an amazing and effective lawyer at such a tough time in my life. I’m a student at the University of California. While driving home from getting food, I was pulled over and arrested for a DUI which was undoubtedly rock bottom. I felt so disappointed in myself but worst of all I had disappointed my family who worked so hard for me to pay for my school. Everything in my life felt hopeless until one of my friends, who was represented by Mr. Fleming for a DUI case, introduced me to him. It doesn’t just stop here. He was able to get the court and prosecutor to agree to find me NOT GUILTY of the DUI. (called the Helmandollar order) The court and the prosecutor had never even heard of this order, but Mr. Fleming got them to agree to it. This forced the DMV to find me not guilty at the DMV hearing. That means my license was never suspended. And in 10 months, he’ll help me to get the Wet and Reckless case expunged. All I needed to do was pay a very small court fine that Mr. Fleming had negotiated, and take a 12-hour online class. This is nothing less of a miracle and I’m so blessed to have Mr. Fleming representing me. I will never make this mistake again but Mr. Fleming had made this situation such an amazing lesson and to know that God is on my side.

In one of the worst episodes of my life, I faced a very serious second-time DUI charge with a high BAC which could easily have resulted in jail time, and to make matters worse, I had to face it from out-of-state as I live in a different state. I certainly will be spending the rest of my life happily doing that, and hopefully helping to bring peace and healing to others who are facing similar things.

First I would like to appreciate everything Thomas has done for me and my dui case. I honestly felt so scared after my accident especially because others were involved . My case was a very tough one due to my BAC and me hitting someone else. Luckily no one was severely injured. I’m very grateful to      Mr. Thomas Fleming for all his hard work, genuine support and guidance throughout my DUI process. In the early morning of the last week in January 2023, my life took a dark turn when I found myself pulled over and detained for driving under the influence with a staggering .12 blood alcohol concentration (BAC). I want to thank Thomas for his efforts & faith. With my dui case of having over .10% BAC (well above the legal limit), Thomas was able to talk to the DA & got the DA to dismiss my criminal DUI case. For the DMV case, we actually went to trial with DMV at a DMV hearing. Thomas hired an Forensic toxicologist expert to testify that the BAC must have been lower than the legal limit. With a BAC that high, the odds were against me. However, after the trial, the DMV hearing officer found me NOT guilty ! I received two miracles in a row. Thomas provided me with resources to help me get through such troubling times. Thomas WILL work hard, a lot of the work is done behind the scenes but no need to worry with the expertise & resources Thomas has, you can feel the weight off your shoulder already.
