I hired Sandy when I was a freshman in college in 2013 when I got in some trouble. She was always there for me, truly cared, and got me a great deal. I have had to contact her to ask miscellaneous questions through the years and she was always happy to help and never forgot about me or the details of my case even many years later. Fast forward 10 years and she got my case sealed away now that Arizona allows this to happen! She has always been great and I owe a lot to her and would recommend her to anyone! Truly the best! I was referred to Katherine by a friend. Katherine and her Team really set the tone for my experience by being very prompt with a response after my initial inquiry. During our initial meeting Katherine was very thorough at explaining to me the process of drafting a prenuptial agreement and was very upfront of the timeline for completion. Katherine was able to breakdown the legal jargon so I could better understand the documents. Amanda was exceptional. Similar to wanting a doctor with great bedside manner, she was an outstanding lawyer. She is intelligent, calm, kind and methodical. Unlike many lawyers, she isn’t interested in racking up your billable hours; she works efficiently and only in your best interest. She always responded quickly to calls and emails. Her demeanor was professional yet stern. She is well respected by mediators and judges. My divorce was with a very unreasonable individual who postponed court dates frequently and intentionally tried to create more bills with my attorneys. The Dave Mejias and his team were always super professional and gave reasonable advice. They always assigned the appropriate attorney needed for court for that day or to work on paperwork to manage my quickly accruing invoices with the office. Highly recommend. I always felt like I was good hands with every person in this office right from consultation and even after all services had been rendered. I worked with Adam on behalf of a family member who has behavioral health issues and ended up getting two DUIs within a period of 2 years. Because the family member was not able to comprehend the severity and complexity of his legal issues, Adam was able to guide us on all of the steps that needed to be taken. Let me just say I have had at least 10 attorneys for a multitude of matters. I know what it’s like for an attorney to just show up and charge hours but barely know your case. Attorney Nunez is exceptional she prepares exhibits to help create a successful outcome. She prepares and gets insight ahead of time and also a few days before hearings/trial and makes adequate time, so she is kept abreast to represent you fully. As a father of a 5-year-old boy, I honestly couldn't ask for better lawyers to represent me in court. Lisa and Kevin normally work with me and they are AMAZING! Kathleen was my attorney for Divorce and custody case, She did an amazing Job in negotiating last minute! She literally did a “Hail Mary” minutes before Trial she struck a deal on my high conflict ex that saved me Thousands of Dollars. She always kept her cool and calmed me down when I felt like I was loosing everything. Kathleen is a tough attorney and I pray I never ever need an attorney again but if I do she’s my girl! I consulted with many attorneys before and after her but I knew the moment I met her she was the one. I made the mistake of ignoring my gut and went with a way more expensive attorney that someone recommended because I assumed “You get what you pay for” although that may be true in some situations… Not in my case. With my first attorney the retainer was gone within first couple courts dates , had I kept the other attorney I would have lost thousands of dollars. Kathleen wasn’t just trying to get a pay check she was actually trying to help me she actually cared. Attorneys are busy people they have a lot going on and I sometimes felt discouraged when I didn’t hear back from them seconds from me emailing or calling I remembered they are busy and I just had to be patient and usually the things I emailed them about where just me being anxious and worried so if it was something that really required immediate attention they would respond immediately! But when it was just my anxiety I think they saw that and let me be until I calmed down and I see that now and appreciate it. Plus I did email them A lot I will admit that. I’m very thankful to Kathleen and her staff for all the hard works and stacks and stacks ( atleast 2k pages) of paperwork During discovery they had to look through. Highly recommend Kathleen on your side in Family court.

My wife and her ex had agreed to have her son come back to her when she settled back into Florida. In 2020 when Covid hit he saw that he started to get stimulus checks for the boy and refused to return him in addition to hitting her up for child support. At one point, after multiple hearings on our own, we realized we needed a lawyer. We found Kathleen Phillips. Her and her team immediately took all our information, the facts and got to work. Radha has been absolutely a wonder to work with. Her knowledge on any divorce matter is phenomenal. She is really professional but at the same time very relatable.
She had my best interest at heart and she was really efficient with her time. I always felt comfortable and safe discussing about anything with her.
She met me as many times virtually as I wanted and was very quick to respond to all my emails. She always kept me in the loop and prepared me for every outcome.
Overall I got exactly the type of closure I wanted. It was extremely smooth and I couldn't have a better attorney than Radha. Hopefully I won't need another divorce lawyer. However for every family law matters she will be my go to from now on.

So this happened when my father was looking for a lawyer since the lawyer i had didnt have great communication skills. My father wanted to get a second opinion from another reputed lawyer. My father and i spoke to Jaye. She was kind enough to provide over 3 hours of free guidance. She didnt demand to get any payment (very unusal of a lawyer to give free advice). She knew she couldnt represent me as she didnt work with Essex county. She was always available to give me free advice and guide me in the right direction when i needed her support. Lawyers like her will keep your legal fees low and help you get out of the divorce as quickly and as elegantly as possible. She understood where i was coming from and more than that she understood what a father goes through during this tough time.
It is unfortunate she didnt work with my county. She is very competent, great work ethics and treats her clients like humans. Again if she can represent you in your county, please do not hesitate to reach out to her. She is the best out there.

In 2006, I went to meet with Carol Caldwell. I was not in a happy situation and concerned about my future. A friend recommended I write a few notes about my situation. My notes turned out to be five pages typed single-spaced. When I met with Carol, I told her I had notes. She read the five pages. She looked at me and asked if I had any idea how much danger I was in. That was when the walls of shame and secrecy came crashing down.
My husband was severely abusive, but I was too ashamed to admit it. Carol lay down her requirements: I needed to get in contact with Betty Griffin House for a place to stay and counseling before she'd begin the process. Once that happened, she moved fast. I had an injunction in two weeks and the divorce was final in six weeks.
To say she changed my life is an understatement. She saved my life. She did not accept a case for the sake of work. She focused on my safety and well-being. Irene Intelligator represented me in a highly contentious case. she was honest and professional. The mother of my son and I have been in court a year to date fighting over the custody of our 14 year old son. Once I got engaged and moved in with my fiance (now wife) she told me I couldn't see him again. Prior to my engagement I always had our son and his little brother (her child from a previous relationship) to help her out. I went from always seeing my son (prior to engagement), to never seeing my son, to eight hours a week on the weekend, to 50/50 in the summer time, to extended standard and now full custody.
