If you have an unfair, tough, on going, & pro longed custody case with your kids biological parent (wether you're mom or dad) - You will not be disappointed with this firm. Jesse is representing me in a divorce and custody battle that made international headlines. I have to say at first when you hire an attorney your so nervous, scared, confused, and uncertain. I had a good experience with Anton and his associate attorney Emilia. I would recommend this firm. Anton is very smart and fights for his clients. He came up with a very good strategy to defend me. The firm was financially reasonable but, most importantly, they took the time for me, took my case seriously, and treated me with kindness and respect. Nick Gomes is amazing. He listened carefully to the details of our case against a solar company that defrauded my husband, tricking him into signing a document that he understood was authorizing a bid but in fact obligated us to a 25 year, $ 25 ,000 contract! We learned a out this only qhen the company dumped the panels in our yard.Nick quickly created a letter demanding damages for emotional distress, prompting the solar company to call is to find out "how to make this go away." We settle the matter quickly.

Attorney Symone White created an impressive collection of documents that specifically met our needs and wishes. Throughout the process, we were very impressed with the collaboration that she provided in addressing any of the questions or concerns that we had.

A coworker that knew I needed a divorce attorney recommended Jan in 2007. I'm Asian and at the time spoke limited English. She patiently listened to my story and assured me that she could help. I suggested having a translator for the court room but Jan told me that she understood me well and that together we would present the case. She turned an impossible situation into a very good settlement for me and my children.
Since then I think of Jan as a friend I can reach out to for any legal needs including my will, healthcare and durable powers of attorney.
Most recently she helped my son with his own child custody settlement.

Claire has represented me for several years in numerous cases that have gone through family court. There is no one I would rather have in my corner. She is kind, supportive and understanding of the emotions involved in family court cases (children, support and visitation). But once we are in court she is absolutely ferocious and within minutes you will thank God she is on your side. Her entire team, including Carrie, are amazing. My divorce was not an easy one by any means. The other party did not want to be a participate in the process that she initiated, be fair financially, and was in character throughout the two and half yr process. Veronica weeded through this from minute one.
Veronica jumped on board in my case more than halfway through the process from the recommendation of my previous attorney to get my case resolved. There is a reason he recommended her. Veronica was forceful and stern during the negotiations(mediation) with the other party and was always looking out for my best interests financially which included doing everything possible from the first day I spoke to her to avoid trial which is where my case was headed. The reason for the referral from my previous attorney.
During one of most difficult times of your life, Veronica attempted to understand everything on a personal/emotional level as well beyond the business aspect of divorce.
Veronica is extremely knowledgeable of the NJ laws of divorce which is so important. She is professional, cordial, assertive, and great at explaining things/answering questions. Veronica also will hold you accountable if she needs to which is important in this process.
The firm in Springfield is professional and welcoming; which is includes her paralegal Diana O who I would like to acknowledge as well.
