I don't read nor write English, I can talk and understand 80 percent in english, therefore I had a hard time finding a law group willing to take my case. Chicklo Law Group accept my case. Neal was my second lawyer in my divorce. The different between Neal and my first lawyer was night and day. Instantly my case got back on track, negotiations with my ex happened and were agreed to. On top of this, Neal was there for me personally as I asked many, many questions. I felt secure in a time of my life where I was at my lowest. He is a very honest lawyer and will tell you what you need to hear; no over promises, no grand statements. In fact, he has told me a few times that something wasn't worth going after.
Later in life I was remarried and Neal helped me with those nuptial agreements. He handled them professionally and with haste.

When I first consulted with Clarence, he asked me the very same question I'd been constantly asking myself about my spouse. Paired with his insight as a psychologist, I knew I'd found the attorney that understood what I needed. When I finally met him in person, he was warm and friendly, and very disarming! But when he told me how he intended to fight for my needs, I knew he meant it.
Throughout this divorce process, Clarence has been extremely communicative and informative. There's never too many questions for Clarence! He is also completely honest - no sugar-coating, no lies, and nothing to hide! I also received invoices which explained exactly how my retainer was being spent (down to the cent). Not only that, but the community I observed in his home office made me feel like I was part of a family, one that was working steadily around-the-clock to take care of my own family!
We have just settled in mediation, with terms I am 100% pleased with! I can say that, while I am excited to come to the end of this journey, I have thoroughly enjoyed this process. The emotional toll I was originally expecting was completely taken care of, knowing my case was in caring and knowledgeable hands. Clarence and his team were amazing to work with. They were always sensitive to our situation and honest from the very beginning. Clarence was very professional and knowledgeable about the law and our situation from the start. He always took as much time as needed to ensure my husband and I understood the law, our rights as well as the possible outcomes of pursuing our case. My husband and I had a uniquely difficult case in the fact that we are foster parents who hoped to intervene on our foster children's behalf. Clarence was very honest and forthcoming with us on the challenges facing our situation so we knew going in that it would be an uphill battle from the start, however, Clarence literally left "no stone unturned". Clarence and his team took every single opportunity, contacted every potential witness and utilized every piece of evidence we provided to fight for the best interest of our foster children. But fair warning, they will keep taking money from you after all of your invoices are paid and they will completely ghost you. Use a card ONLY to set up payments. One you can cancel.
In response to the response from Turco: You are correct, I did not engage you so all payments to the firm you subsumed in my name should have ended especially when my invoices were paid in full. They did not and money was taken from my account without a contract. Interestingly, I got a refund after posting this review so my advice stands. Make sure to put a payment on file you can dispute. Thank you.

I hired the Fernandez firm about 2 years ago. I spoke with Mr. Fernandez myself. I signed all their paperwork and sent them everything they asked me for. I had some questions during this time, so I spoke with his Legal assistant by phone and email. I asked to speak with Mr. Fernandez on several occasions, to no avail. I also signed a paper saying I could not discuss my case with anyone else. I believe that the statute of limitations is past now, and I’ve still heard nothing. What my husband endured through horrible neglect he has still not recovered from. I’ve spoken with many doctors and nurses that told me this was pure neglect and never should have happened. I’m devastated.

Hi, I am going through a very long drawn out divorce and custody battle with my ex wife regarding our 7 year old daughter. I hired a local attorney to get thru this. All they did was take my money and continue the case for about 2 years. I was at my wits end and had no idea what to do. I done someresearch and talked to a few people and Greg Duke was recommended. I had a consultation with him and I knew from the way he talked he was the one so I scrapped together the money and hired him on the spot. Mr Duke done his research on my previous court cases and compiled all the information into several binders that looked to be a foot thick each. For the next 9 or 10 months , I felt like he went above and beyond with my case. He sent me endless texts and emails to keep me updated on what was going on even on Sundays. When it come court time he was as prepared as a boy scout. We still don't know the out come of the case because of all the information the judge had to go thru, but you can bet whatever it is Mr. Duke gave it his all and I am thoroughly satitisefied with the job he done. At all times he was professional and he knew the law sometimes I think better than the judge. I hope I never have to go to court ever again, but you can bet if I do I'm going looking for Greg Duke again as long as he'd represent me. He has even gone as far to touch base with me after the case and see how I'm doing. That in itself meant alot. Thank you Greg Duke, you are the man.

I am extremely grateful that Attorney Eric Skidmore agreed to step in to replace my original divorce counsel. The case had been ongoing several years when it was dropped by Summit County, and my husband then filed for divorce in another state. Eric had plenty of work to do. My husband had secured a divorce very much in his favor outside of Ohio. Eric filed on my behalf in the Ninth District Court of Appeals and fought successfully to allow my divorce case to reopen in Summit County. It was a battle, but after a total of 8.5 years of litigation, Eric secured a much more equitable divorce. He skillfully writes affidavits and is extremely well prepared for court. Right from calling the reception to speaking to the office manager Jacqueline and Attorney the team demonstrated a highly professional approach.
I felt so reassured that I was liaising with someone with clear understanding of the legality of the topic, had an analytical assessment with crystal clear communication skills. The team clearly depicts their excellent time management, organisational skills with attention to detail; and to top it the advice was delivered in a very calm, comforting, compassionate and yet professional order.

I was referred to Hossein Berenji and associates by another lawyer friend. Hossein and his staff of knowledgable and capable attorneys were amazing. He definitely treated me with care and respect and had my main interest always at the forefront of every decision we made together and advised me on. I have been going through a divorce for years now. When my case was getting too much for me to handle myself, I met with Drew Hendricks. At first he just handled all the paperwork for my case and I received an uncontested default judgment divorce. Just over a year later, my ex wife decided that she was not happy with that and took me back to court. At that point Drew fully represented me and I was seeing him in action. Seeing him argue points and shoot down opposing counsel with facts and the truth is what saved me from paying out unnecessary money. Drew fought (and will continue fighting if I need him too) hard for me and I could not recommend him more. I give his contact information to anyone I run into that is going through a divorce. My family has give out his information to their friends. If your reading this and undecided if your going to pick this law firm…let me be the first one to say: come here first and talk to Drew. You will not regret it.

My experience with Adrienne D. Edward Law Office was appalling. I felt always in the dark regarding my situation because of the inadequate communication. The level of service was subpar, and it appeared that they were more concerned with collecting money than assisting me. I wouldn't suggest this business to anyone looking for capable legal representation since the entire process was stressful and disappointing. Considering my experience, all the glowing reviews seem dubious. Look elsewhere and spare yourself the headache.

I am writing to share my deeply disappointing experience with McKinley Irvin, particularly with Courtney Bellio, who I had the unfortunate chance of working with. My experience was far from what I had expected and, at times, shockingly unprofessional.
Courtney Bellio, handled my family law case, and I was left feeling misrepresented and frustrated. Throughout my case, communication was a constant issue. Courtney Bellio took over two weeks to respond to important emails, leaving me in the dark during critical stages of the process. This lack of timely and accurate communication made an already stressful situation much worse. Additionally, there never seemed to be a clear strategy for my case, and at times, I as the client had to step in to direct the strategy, which should never happen.

Where others clients are saying Sam will do what she needs to and takes it to the next level, they aren’t lying. Sam has done exactly that and told my ex husband to change his child support without a modification. He is currently in arrears because Sam tells him it is okay. She thinks she is above the law. As long as it is money in her pocket, she will do anything, even screwing over her own clients.

Mr. Pelley and his team are the best. I found myself in a bit of trouble towards the end of 2023 and needed an attorney, I didn't know who to call or where to go. I'm so glad I found Mr. Pelley and his team. Thank you all again so so very much.

I was not referred to Lance. I live 90 minutes away from his office and needed an attorney on Long Island. I chose Lance based on a few positive reviews and a frantic need for representation.
A complex divorce has had me working with him for almost two years. Amid a hectic schedule that all good divorce attorneys navigate , moments when the emotions of it all make you feel snubbed by the world, and even your attorney, Lance has helped me to create a case against my ex-wife that will likely result in the win I’ve longed for. If it doesn’t, it will have been of no fault to Lance. Together we crafted a motion that dissected my ex-wife’s false claims and lies. Over a year later, 8 adjournments and a continued emotional roller coaster I was able to see Lance on trial. His performance was no less than brilliant in every way possible. While my case is ongoing, his strategy made a fool of opposing counsel, and his intellect, instinct and confidence in front of the judge completely demolished the false narrative that was presented to the court by my ex. As a loving father this moment to fight back felt like life or death for me. While I feel like I’ve already won bases on egregious actions of my ex, and the truth, I’m realistic a court may not see what I saw. But what I saw was a true professional who accomplished more than I could ever ask for in a trial. I don’t expect to lose, but if I do, it will not be because of Lance Simon. As a client, it is hard to differentiate emotions from necessary strategy. It takes a pro who knows how to position your case in front of a judge to succeed. I trusted him and he surpassed my expectations.
The best way to work with Lance is to ask what he needs from you, and how that information needs to be disseminated to him. Your efforts will make the difference. Throughout this wild ride, Lance will be fast to return text and emails, and slow at time. This is common for every attorney brave enough to take on the insanity of divorce. Your time will come when you feel completed loved by Lance. Be patient. Your opinions will be heard. You’ll like be put in your place a few times, but tensions are high in battle. True Leaders keep the novices in line. You’ll need thick skin everywhere you turn while in a divorce battle.
Beyond legal, and after significant time spent with Lance, at his office and even at his home, I also leaned he is a very good father and loving husband. His humanity has mattered to me. It should to you.
Regardless of my final outcome, I’m happy to refer Lance as exceptional attorney. After the bills add up, and stress you out, you’ll be getting more value then you know. Great job Lance.

These are two things you are looking for in a lawyer when you are going through emotionally and financially exhausting processes like divorce, dvpo, custody and other family law matters. Court systems are hard to navigate when you have enough to take care as a single parent and while you are adjusting to your new reality. Brian helps take this burden off of you. He is highly knowledgeable and knows how to navigate these issues and address them appropriately. He is mindful of your finances and does a great job representing you, which is all you can ask for and expect. He listens, unlike a lot of other lawyers out there, he takes your input and advises on what the law dictates and advises accordingly. He is not brash but rather the kindest lawyer I've worked with, and I have worked with for almost 4 years. I must add that his para legal Jeff Welling has also been present to answer when Brian is attending to other clients; they are both highly responsive. Brian helped through a very tough divorce with custody at stake. Throughout the difficult process Brian was always upfront and honest about what he thought in terms of key decisions and what I wanted. If he did not think it was a sound path, he would say so and explain why.
Brian was always professional in dealing with myself, the court, and opposing counsel. In dealing with opposing counsel he was balanced in advocating for me within the law with a difficult spouse that caused many problems.
I would not hesitate a second in hiring Brian.
