To say that I highly recommend Maya Pinchman of Ratner and Pinchman doesn't even begin to cover it. I worked with Maya on my father’s estate and she was extremely knowledgeable, proficient, and kind. I was going through a horrific time dealing with my father's illness and countless people who made everything worse, and then I found Maya and she literally saved my father’s estate and me from overwhelming stress. Brian returned my call and said don’t follow their instructions regarding a new “Failure to show up in court scam” He then called the sheriff impersonator who would not give his badge number and hung up confirming the scam. Mr. Gilpin has a 5 star rating for a reason. I went through the experience of have other attorneys saying I did not qualify for Bankruptcy and suggested an even more costly repayment plan. Mr. Gilpin actually found that I did qualify and was very straight forward and explained each and every detailed step throughout the ENTIRE process. I never once had to wait until he was available and he always returned my calls within minutes. I HIGHLY recommend you go with him. He gives you the information needed and as long as you do what is needed of you the man can work it out for you. I was at a really bad place when I first called him on a late Thursday evening, he took the time to understand the situation and by the time I met him, first thing on Friday morning, the next day, he had already worked out and set a plan in motion. Christian and her team have been a lifesaver. Going through a divorce is so stressful and expensive to begin with, worrying about legal fees just adds to the stress.
