I got a letter in the mail from Watts & Herring, LLC thinking it was just someone wanting more money. I kept the letter because I was being sued by a debt collector, also I was going through one of these debt consolidation companies that was hurting more than helping. I called Watts & Herring talked to them about my problem. They told me what they would do for me and how much it would cost. I didn't do it right away, but I didn't have long to make a decision. I called them back everyone was very helpful walked me through everything. As of today that debt collector is no longer wanting money from me. Thanks to their hard work and time. A debt buyer bought a debt, had it placed on my credit bureau files and tanked my score. I was skeptical after contacting several law firms who seemed to be in the debt collector business. I stumbled on Watts & Herring, took the chance to call them. Every step they told me they would do has been done, the case is resolved with prejudice, so it is over!!! I’m rating based on my full years experience with Amelia. While things went great at first- Amelia was very cordial, professional, and empathetic, she saw where I was being mishandled by law enforcement and treated with contempt by them by way of discrimination. She understood that I was being challenged by not only my case, but the bias and prejudice of the courts. She was able to adapt to all of this and got me a great outcome a year ago.
Now I am at the end of the end of this litigious tunnel, and I’ve sought her counsel again to see it through, having filled all of the requirements on my end to do so in the timeframe allotted. I’m not an attorney nor do I portend to know all the ins and outs of the legal system. I don’t know if I need an attorney to represent me to close out my case, but with the system already having a historic prejudice against people like me, I felt it better safe than sorry to be prepared.
This is where it’s all gone sour. I’ve always presented money up front because I don’t expect free counsel. I’ve always just asked how much money Amelia would want to review the same case she represented me on this time last year. If not to represent me, I’d be just as happy to pay to receive her input on what I should expect and what I need to bring to close out my case. That could be as little as 15m-1hr.
My case is due for review in August. This month. I’ve been trying to reach her through her office for months intermittently/ passively, at most 1 email per month, until this past week where I wanted to give it one concerted effort to establish contact. I called the office twice, left two emails, and received the offices answering service once.
We had a 15m consultation scheduled which she no-call no-showed for. Her office assistant thought that was weird and said he left her a message, which also went unanswered. The emails- one to Amelia and one to her assistant, both went unanswered. The answering service said that they’d pass the message along that I was trying to reach her, which also went unanswered.
That was a waste of days of my time I could’ve used trying to find an attorney that was willing to see things through to the end. If Amelia had something against me personally and didn’t want to take the case- the professional thing to do would be to say as much so I’m not spinning wheels on something that isn’t going to budge. Even hearing as much from the paraprofessionals or office staff would have sufficed. My time is valuable, too. Ghosting isn’t a professional behavior. What a sad outcome to end this experience with.

Simply put, Mr. Bedard collected all the information he needed to present a solid case for me. We faced a tough DA who wanted to throw the book at me. Mr. Bedard was able to sway the DA in the end by getting them to look at the bigger picture resulting in a better outcome. I would ask Mr, Bedard for support again if I ever need it.

In 2021, I was a victim of police misconduct and excessive use of force by the police department in a small town in Arizona. I decided to sue the city/police dept and begin making calls to attorneys in the area. Spoke with at least 20 or 30 different attorneys before finally being referred to Andy Gartman. Andy was highly effective, professional, and helpful throughout every step of the process. My first conversation with Andy was very encouraging because he listened to everything I had to say with open ears and an open mind. Andy obtained and reviewed all of the evidence including body cam footage, police reports, an d other key documents (all of which was strongly in my favor, and helped both Andy and I build conviction in the strength of our case). Andy then crafted a masterful notice of claim and negotiated a favorable settlement before ever going having to go to trial. I would also note that Andy's fees are very reasonable and he is very fair in terms of what he charges. Andy is also a down to earth, good hearted person who wants to help you if you have been wronged. I cannot recommend him more highly, and I strongly suggest you contact him if you are looking for help in the legal areas he covers.

My family and I were suddenly thrown into a situation that was truly new to us and one we’ve never experienced before. I received a call from Trent almost immediately after filling out their questionnaire online. We met the following day and he set very realistic expectations for us. I was in a car accident back in 2016 and had no idea what to do as I had a previous attorney out of state that represented me for the past 3 years with no results and I was lost, confused and frustrated with the whole process UNTIL Eric stepped in and after talking to him about it on the phone he brought me right into his office and talked to me about everything and eased my mind. Before you hire Jerrold L. Becker from this firm, you should understand what type of "attorney" he is.
In a recorded phone call conversation from our past "attorneys" Paul Wehmeier/Kim Burnette, Becker informed them his client was accusing my husband of answering our front door with gun raised at his clients acquaintance. If that was the case, husband would have been arrested as acquaintance was unarmed. As my husband told Paul/Kim the interaction was recorded as we RECORD everything (including 10 minutes before showing acquaintance on his clients property before coming to ours). Husband wasn't even home, my recording clearly shows acquaintance walking behind our house and me from our top deck asking them to leave-no weapon drawn thus this LIE could not be legally processed. This is just one of several questionable actions generated by Jerrold L. Becker intended to make us spend more on attorney fees.
Take our advise: Record everything with this firm as it will save you aggravation and money.

As a fellow attorney, I recognize good legal work and good law office customer service. Attorney Rice has given my referrals excellent service. I've attended some of the hearings and note that attorney Rice recieves great respect from court personell. He is thourough with his preparation and discusses the case consistently with the client. Attorney Rice also helps the client with other issues following concluding issues with the court - which he is not required to do. He is approachable and is very good at making the client understand the possible outcomes and how to prepare. I am very pleased in how he reprrsents my referred clients.

Rip Andrews is a young brilliant attorney. He took my case and breathed life into it. He connected with the jurors with his opening statement and never lost them. He was respectful to the other side but never failed to fight for me when required. He took input from me and incorporated it into the arguments when necessary using his own words. He maintains composure and is level headed. If you have a legitament case, I highly recommend Rip. He can make the difference you need. He will make old school lawyers look like buffoons. Mr. Andrews is a very professional and thorough. He was upfront with me regarding the difficulties of my case, and advised as to my options. I was getting nowhere trying to fight my case in the system myself. Workers comp and social security. Then came rondi. She is very knowledgeable in all sides of the system. She is very sweet and personable and truly cares about the right thing but she also met any controversy during my case head on and with complete confidence. Definitely not afraid to fight for you and what is right. She always had my back and gave me peace of mind. I hired Mr. Diederich to help deal with an appeal process for a denied medical waiver to get into military service. Given Mr. Diederich's previous experience in military law, he knew the best way to approach the appeal process. Through Mr. Diederich's expertise and professionalism, we were able to get the medical denial reversed. I am currently enrolled in an ROTC program and on the path to military service. When I called Rowe and Hamilton after a rear end collision which totaled my truck, Tim Rowe took my case when few would, even with pre-existing conditions.
