he works fast and effectively; knows everyone; and knows all the mechanics needed to orchestrate a win
someone i love was wrapped up in a dispute and stuck in jail - ihad no idea what to do but Mike called up a few places and found him immediately - Mike nailed the trial proceeding and later that day they were out of jail and ok - i couldn't believe how lucky i got finding Mike

I hired Mr Cheronis to represent me on a Class X gun offense with a 6-year minimum sentence. Mr. Cheronis reviewed the evidence, and filed motions to suppress evidence and statements. He thoroughly and successfully cross-examined the police officer who violated my 4th and 5th amendment rights. Afterthe judge threw out the evidence following the hearing, my case was dismissed. This lawyer saved me from a 6-year prison term. My advice: hire this man. He knows what he’s doing and is extremely good at it.

If they do not want to represent you, they will not honor the free consultation they have on their website. I called them last week to inquire about the free consultation. A paralegal, Lauren, took my called. She emailed me and told me that the lawyer declined to represent me. I never met with a lawyer or anything at all. I gave them vague details and just wanted THEIR consultation because their website popped up on Google for government liability. I was hoping to hire them.
In the email Lauren sent me, the subject line was Clayton County Sheriff Office, which has nothing to do at all with my inquiry; this leads me to believe they misunderstood my inquiry. So, I replied to her email for clarification.
She never replied back.
I called her to get a better understanding on why they would not do the free consultation and why they declined to represent despite not knowing the details on why representation is needed. She told me they do not handle criminal cases. I REPEATEDLY TOLD HER I AM NOT INQUIRING ABOUT A CRIMINAL CASE!!!! She refused to listen and seemed frustrated. In the end, she said she'll reach back out to the lawyer for more info.
I felt dismissed and emailed her to disregard.

I came to Lisa with several very old charges that other attorneys claimed I would do mandatory time for and/or face extremely high fees and fines. I live out of state, and this was going to be a huge problem.
Not only did I not do any time or probation, but she was able to get both cases completely closed with no court costs! I would recommend Lisa to anyone needing a lawyer in New Mexico!

Most people heavily slant their ratings of attorneys for divorce and custody cases based on emotions tied to the outcome. Well, I was unhappy with the outcome of my case, but I am still giving a very strong endorsement to my attorney, Mr. Yale Lewis.
He always kept me informed, solicited my feedback and explained what he was going to do and why. His rational was always sound. He found a creative path forward during adequate cause that worked well. During the trial itself, he did a remarkable job of representing the situation as it happened and tying it to the law. He was able to point to the many holes in the opposing side’s portrayal of the situation. Before the judge’s verdict, I was very hopeful of the outcome. But as is often the case, the judge is the wildcard and brings in their own biases and interpretations of the law and weighs each piece of admitted evidence accordingly, often trying not to upset the apple cart. It is disappointing but understandable that they try to find every reason to keep the status quo.
So what did I like about Yale that wasn’t mentioned above? Honesty, integrity, directness, he invested in understanding my case, and was far more knowledgeable about my family dynamics then my previous attorney. Yale was unafraid to give me honest opinions to determine my path going forward. Yale built a good case and he presented it well, and that is the best I could hope for.

I hired Mr. Loturco when I was arrested and charged with a misdemeanor assault earlier this year. I had gotten into a fight at a hockey game with a man and he had decided to press chargers. He sustained injuries and I was facing 3 years probation along with payment of medical bills. Mr. Loturco assured me he would do everything he could to pursue the best possible outcome. After multiple court dates and a long trial, he got me the best possible outcome. I was found not guilty.

My family and I hired Marcel as our attorney for a case involving the wrongful death of my mother back in 2020. As a 21 year old kid have never dealt with anything like this before; I can tell you it was very stressful, and I didn’t know how I was going to do it! Marcel was the best attorney to have supporting us throughout the last four years! Anytime I would call or text I don’t think I ever had to wait 5 minutes for a text back, and I don’t think I ever got his voicemail when calling. My advice to anyone that has to deal with this Chancellor is to run. He is unprofessional he doesn't know what he's doing in his new job as Chancellor. He schedules appearances and then he backs out it happened to me twice. He doesn't know the law and I'm not the only one that has commented on this. IfJudge Butler was still there my experience would never have happened.

Travis and his team assisted me with a false TRO, which was dropped immediately by the accuser. Unfortunately, as part of that process, although having nothing to do with the original complaint whatsoever, my firearms were taken unnecessarily resulting in a 15 round handgun magazine being found by the officer, which was given to me as a gift by my late father. I was charged with a high capacity magazine 4th degree crime. Travis helped me obtain pre-trial intervention and probation since I had no criminal record, and we will be attempting to get my rightful property returned to me. Travis and his team are fantastic and I highly recommend them.

I was involved in an accident on November 9, 2024 in Paterson, NJ. My car was parked and friend in the back opened the rear driver side door. A Tesla unfortunately hit part of my door. The Tesla owner and I, exchanged information, took photographs and decided not to call the police since the damages were not warranted. The day before Thanksgiving I was received a letter from Paterson Municipal Courts that I evaded the police following the accident aka a hit and run. That was not the case at all. So I called the Torrey Law Firm for a consultation. Within two hours I received a call from Louis Keleher and immediately I knew he would help me out. He explain the process on how my case will go. Looked into my clean driving record and requested photographs proving I did not leave the scene of the accident. I am in the trenches of a divorce. I have a 5 minute hearing via phone call to schedule a two hour circuit court hearing. I have a Caroline on retainer and its nearing its end of funds. I briefly had conversations with Caroline about POSSIBLY retaining other representation for a more aggressive attorney but nothing solidified. Caroline no shows to my 5 minute hearing/phone call. Even if she thought I had retained other representation which she knew I had not, she chose to not make time for me as a paying client. I am pretty surer this skirts the laws of some kind of malpractice. What is more is that Caroline nor anyone from Ambler warned me that they WOULD NOT continue representing me for trial. t would appear that Ambler Law is deathly afraid of trial. Now I find myself without representation as I am approaching my trial. As she is successfully avoiding helping a willing paying client or the court room. If you are navigating divorce and you seek representation that plays the terroristic game of practicing law to harass the other side of marriage to avoid trial then I would submit to you this is the law firm for you. If you seek representation that seeks not to get rich but to argue cases on behalf of those who seek justice, find someone else. Depending on how my trial and divorce goes, I may pursue taking Ambler law to trial or court for malpractice. Best of luck to you.
