Oh my God! Never in my wildest dream did I ever think I would need a lawyer, but I am blessed to have Mr. Orlando as a friend, who was able to get Mr Scott (my lawyer) to reach out to me ASAP. Being on workman comp really blew through my savings. The firm was very interested in my case and encouraging. When the settlement finally came in, I was satisfied, but my lawyer wasn't. He said, "That's not enough for what you went through, let me see if I can get maybe 5K more for you". Well he did better than that, he got me 12K more! The check cleared and I'm hoping to never need a lawyer again, but if I do this firm will/is my only choice.

The consultation with secretary/answering/paralegal was off putting. She asked questions that made no sense, Then asked why a case was put off by a solicitor for so long? That was a very huge red flag... Next when I told this assistant I wanted to do the attorney consult for $350 she starts asking me more questions? I'm assuming she misheard my request but at this point I was past wanting services with this firm. When I told her thank you but ill look elsewhere, she laughs and says "We've never lost a case". Unfortunately you lost a potential client. So 1 star.

Hired Sarah. Witness call police and stated false accusations. There was a level of being innocent relative to the charges filed. Sarah worked through the situation and provided me the best results possible.
For me its not about her wins, losses, or charges dropped. For me it was her guidance and providing me a path to work the situation. This is what I would like to acknowledge her for.
She also told me in the most professional and polite way to shut up and let her do her job LOL.
She proved her working relationships with the courts and DA to be another item she should be praised for. Especially where discovery video is concerned.
What normally takes the average person 2 to 4 years to complete, I was done in a year, she also had a major charge dropped for me.
I waited to provide a review until now, everything occurred in 2021 and as stated earlier I had everything wrapped up in a year because of Sarah...except one thing, which was beyond her and anyone's control. That is now done, and for complete closure concerning the situation I thought it would be good to do this review now.
I greatly appreciated her as my attorney. I would recommend her to anyone immediately. My wife and I thank her for her time.

I had a case from many years ago that I never took care of as I am from out of state. I contacted Scott to help me with the process while still being out of state. Scott was patient, kind, and answered all of my many questions to help me get through the process as much as possible. It was a very scary experience to go through but Scott reassured me that he would take care of everything and he did. Our daughter was involved in a tragic accident at a major amusement park. We felt that those injuries and lack of care were the result of negligence and/or incompetence. We conferred with friends who were experts in the legal field and recommended the law firm of Lagomarsino and Associates. It was the best decision we could make as a family.
From our original consultation to trial, Andre Lagomarsino, was hands on with preparation, direction, and organizing the case. He was extremely efficient! His professionalism was mirrored by a host of associates, para legals and administrative staff. We were invited into the comfort of a legal family.
Our daughter suffered long term injuries including seizures and short-term memory loss. The Lagomarsino team invested years of investigation and research on our daughter’s behalf. The legal team made sure she received excellent medical intervention, ethical treatment and wrap around services for her care plan. Throughout it all, we were apprised of the progress and the requisite expectations.
As the case delved into the difficult arena of legal minutia and fault assignment, Andre and his team dug in. It's a hard pill to swallow when you come to a point where you must debate on whether you should file for bankruptcy or not. After weighing all possible options, I decided to file and was referred to Robert Fox. It had started as an initial phone call with quick questions regarding your income, your debt and your expenses. This is what they call the Means test. After answering all the questions, I was told I was a "good" candidate to file. We then proceeded to schedule a future date to talk again going into further details about my debt and expenses. What was really nice for me was i asked if we should talk over the phone or meet in person. Robert said it was my preference and really didn't mind if I chose either way. He understood that people were busy and couldn't always make time to travel to his office. However, he did suggest that meeting in person would be more personable. That right away made me feel a bit more relieved during the process. It gave me a sense of security in knowing he wanted to do his job and do it right. And if it meant putting a face to a file, then i was all for it.
On my office visit, I was greeted by Iris at the front desk. (Please pay attention to her. She is another instrumental person in the process). Very pleasant and nice lady. After meeting with Robert and getting all the things done during our discussion, Iris gave me papers to look over and sign and gave me my list of things to do over the next couple of days. She also told me she would be in contact with me from time to time til my hearing. And in the days leading up to my hearing, she always gave me detailed instructions on everything and anything. Don't worry, Robert was always available for me whenever I had any questions.
Now one thing before I end my review. You, as the client, must do everything asked of you by Robert and Iris if you want the whole process to go smoothly and without a hitch. If you do your part, and do it right, they can do theirs correctly.
Robert and Iris, thank you for everything. A huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Thank you again.
