I needed a good contract for my guests to sign for my AirBnB property that was unique due to its 30 day minimum stays. I wanted something to protect me as much as possible from guests "squatters". James put together the perfect contract that was neither to long and irrelevant or too short and inadequate. He was timely and professional and I am very pleased with the outcome. If you're in the business of renting properties, particularly long term vacation rentals, then he is a valuable resource for protecting your property. I couldn't be more pleased.

James took care of the sale of our rental property earlier this year and completely eliminated all uncertainty from the get-go. From our first conversation, it was very apparent James was very experienced and competent. I could breath a huge sigh of relief. James was respectful and thankfully did speak up when he felt I was potentially making a wrong move. For this I am always grateful... I would always rather know potential errors.
