I have had the pleasure of working with Dane Mueller on several occasions, he is a young, smart, savvy attorney and I enthusiastically recommend him without hesitation.

I went to this firm for a review of some legal documents. They edited a little more than a paragraph and charged me for 2.5 hours of work. They charged twice as much as they should have. I can only imagine what they charge for real legal work. I would not recommend them.

I live out of state, however, I was drawn into a divorce in Colorado. I was the respondent. Mr. Brown did an excellent job of representing me and made it possible for me to testify via telephone until the final divorce trial. Mr. Brown, and paralegal Shyloh Brunton, kept me informed and updated. This is the second time in recent years that I have used Robinson & Henry. Both times I was pleased with the results. I recommend the attorneys at Robinson & Henry.

We had some difficulty with an extremely aggressive neighbor who was attempting to intimidate us off a 3 acre section of our property . Robinson & Henry did an outstanding job at helping us deal with this man in a way that got him to understand the purpose and meaning of legal property line boundaries. I would highly recommend them.

Argumentative, arrogant, misleading. It's like he wants his own client to lose. I don't know why this guy is in the business, he likes to argue but he is terrible at the job of representing. Wouldn't recommend him to anyone!

Please don't waste your time and money dealing with these incompetent, fraudulent posers. My husband and I contacted Robinson and Henry to assist us in evicting renters. We wound up paying about 8 times what they originally quoted us. The attorney handling our case, Dane Mueller, was inept and made errors in the process. Instead of admitting or apologizing for those we were charged for the time it took for him to teach himself the law. At this point I contacted Donald Eby, Dane's boss, to try to make sense of the situation and get a handle on how much additional cost we were looking at. He was very evasive but did finally give me a figure. When that figure wound up being triple what was quoted and we hadn't even been to court yet I contacted them again, only to be treated as though I was incompetent. As I reviewed the charges I saw that in one instance we were billed $800, $200/hr for 4 hours, for our attorney to draft a ONE PAGE document. I may not be an attorney but I do have a masters degree and I am not stupid. Something extremely shady and fraudulent is going on at this firm and I would stay away from them.

We had a zoning issue where Mr. EB's letter to the board of adjustment stated that I didn't do what they were alleging and that I did do what they were all edging in the next paragraph. He also said they were not be looking at law to make their decision but they did and we paid him $10,000 and got little in return. He really didn't put up a fight for us at the hearing I felt that his zoning knowledge was insufficient I knew more about the Douglas County zoning resolution then Mr. EBY did.

Awful experience. I went in with an issue I am currently having with my HOA. The attorney talked down to me, was rude, and acted like I was wasting his time. In lieu of telling me how he could or couldn't help me, he said I had 3 options: 1. Move 2. Contact HOA Board or 3. Get elected onto the board. Well, that's common sense! I didn't need to waste my time to hear that and he could have told me that over the phone. I walked away wondering how he fights the HOA on behalf of homeowners if those were his answers. I was at a loss for words when he asked what I wanted him to do. It's simple.... Tell me how you are going to represent me and win.
