I would highly recommend this attorney. I had issues with a renter/property law. I was in constant contact with Mr. Eby who replied to my e-mails promptly and returned my calls. He lead me through a legal quagmire with skill, determination, and professionalism. I couldn't recommend Mr. Eby highly enough. This law office is now my home for all legal needs. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I don't normally write reviews, but what "Wayne Worldtrav" wrote is so far from the truth that I had to write my first one. It was privileged to be represented by Samera, who is competent strong and quick on her feet. She is still a young lawyer, but is mature and capable beyond her years. I would have readily paid double for the quality of her work, which I haven't seen in quite some time. From what Wayne wrote, I can only guess he is upset that American immigration law doesn't work the way he wants it to. You can't be unhappy because the lawyer can't change the nation's immigration laws for you. The lawyer's job is to give you options and counsel you in making the best decision for yourself. Unfortunately for you and your girlfriend, the options were limited. I don't see how this should reflect poorly on your lawyer. It's only professional for a business to follow up when a potential client leaves them hanging. Wayne, it's obvious that you didn't let them know what you wanted after two days and so they followed up with you. Other law firms would have ditched your case without asking, and just sent you a notice (if that!). If a staff member forgets to put a title on an email, I don't see how that should reflect on the lawyer's abilities to represent your case. From my experience, an employer/company's legal plan covers a limited number of consultation visits, after which the client will probably have some kind of copay. I think that you did not want to pay for the services you were seeking, and so decided to write an ugly and untruthful review about your lawyer that sounds more like a baby's tantrum. My biggest evidence for this? You're threatening to use social media to harm someone's livelihood when she only tried to help you (at no cost to you) because she couldn't give you a magic answer to your immigration problem. Good luck, Wayne. Grow up.

Don is extremely cordial, knowledgeable, and is quick to respond to any real estate questions and concerns that I've had. He makes the difficult easy to understand. My highest recommendation goes to him.
