No one has time or money to waste when dealing with family law issues. I’ve had bad experiences with other attorneys. I will always come back to Rosie with Burnham law. She has helped me with several post divorce issues, for that, I will always be grateful. Thank-you Rosie, you’re the best!

Mr. Burnham and his team (Especially Ms. Rosemary Rizk) are highly professional and responsible towards clients. Ms. Rizk had been helped me gathering all the required documents which lead the process cleared successfully. I appreciate the way of response with patience and knowledge in addressing all my doubts and questions. 4. What was the outcome of your case? I was able to get the proper time with my daughter and my divorce finalized quickly & efficiently 5. How has your life changed since achieving this outcome? As a divorced Father, I am often amazed at the outdated interpretation of family laws and guidelines that were created long ago and have no basis in today's world. Times are simply different now and there are many outstanding Father's that simply deserve better than the laws and guidelines provide them. Thankfully I found Rosemary Rizk and through her wisdom, knowledge and understanding of family law, was able to successfully turn the interpretations of those same laws and guidelines in my favor. On two separate occasions during my divorce, Rosie was able to defend my rights as a Father and gain me both equal parenting time with my daughter, as well as financial relief. Rosie is a miracle worker. She combines a deep sense of humanity, warmth, caring and incredible listening skills with a complete understanding of the law and the ability to be innovative in finding workable solutions. She is a bridge builder and barrier climber. Her interaction in my matter reflected a firm pragmatism while continuously striving to achieve a result that protected my rights as a Father and relationship with my daughter. I was referred to Rosie Rizk at Burnham Law by a friend. I hired Rosie to represent me in my divorce and met her at the Greenwood Village office. Rosie was very thorough, detail oriented, prompt, supportive and patient. Though it was a very stressful time, Rosie gave me constant reassurance and always had my best interests in mind. I had a good experience

I first hired Laurie Joe (Formerly Hurst) in 2010 and have continued to use her over the last 9 years when needed! She is AMAZING!! I was completely in the dark regarding my divorce, my kids and my options. After meeting with her, I had a clear understanding of the court procedure, my options, and the correct way to move forward. She always takes the time to make sure to answer all my questions, be hopeful but honest with me and make sure I feel good about moving forward! She supported what I wanted/needed 100%. I feel completely confident with Laurie! I would highly recommend her. Thank you Laurie so much for your kind-heart, wisdom, and guidance over the years!

I hired Laurie to represent me on my child custody cases and through a neglect case that came up do to my ex-wife. Laurie was great the entire time, she continuously fought for my rights regardless of how difficult I was the entire time. She helped me to understand what my rights were and what I could do. I first hired her after I realized I wanted more time then I was given with my children. After helping me get through several months of court cases and mediation, I was able to obtain 50/50 custody of my daughters. Then maybe a year later, I received a phone call from child protective services that my oldest daughter had been neglected and had something bad happen to her. I chose to have Laurie represent me, despite her warnings, and I couldn't have been more happy with the results. I know have full custody of my daughters and can happily report that now 2 years later they still have not seen their mother who ran away, instead of owning up to her responsibilities. I highly recommend anyone that needs an attorney regardless of what the matter, divorce, child custody or neglect cases, should hire Laurie. She is patient and a great attorney, and someone that I will hire again if the need ever rises.
