I was referred to Burnham Law (specifically Rosemary Rizk) after the divorce attorney representing me, from a separate firm, suddenly passed away. I was in a panic and called to leave Rosie a message. She immediately called back and although the trial was in 6 weeks, Rosie assured me that she could handle it and take care of me. Rosie is: diligent, intelligent, thorough, detail oriented, has a great sense of humor, aware and respectful of the monies being spent, kind, thoughtful, tenacious and an amazing lawyer. There are not words to describe how grateful I am to her. She gave me my life back. Her frequent communication and layman explanations helped me understand and navigate the incredibly heart wrenching difficulties of ending a 28 year marriage. She is honest, straightforward and does not mince words. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her.

Eric and Jessica and the team at Burnham law are very easy to work with in a not so easy business: family law. In all my years of dealing with my Ex they got the situation immediately and were able to help me get a semblance of fairness. They aren’t cheap, but they are good! Well worth it. Would highly recommend for anyone that has a tough case that needs the best council.

Rosemary (Rosie) Rizk is most definitely an amazing attorney who is extremely forward and upfront from start to finish! Rosie received my case within minutes of receiving she had already called me and basically was like "Are you all in?" Because this is going to move fast! She worked on filing a motion to restrict parenting time which is not typically done, nor is it easy to get in some circumstances. We filed and within 20 minutes it seemed the, we were granted our motion! We set a hearing date but fortunately for us and her strong will and determination against opposing counsel,, we were able to get and receive our best scenario had we had gone to the emergency hearing. Rosie is definitely a "hit the ground running" kind of Attorney. Rosie informs you of the all possibilities including a loss; let's face it everyone want's to win...but someone has to lose. This time Rosie and Burnham Law were winners and I will definitely be utilizing them again within the near future for some other filings and loose ends. Amazing firm! Amazing Attorney and loved the amount of communication that was kept between myself and Rosie!!! Truly amazing!!!!! Thank you so very much!!!!

Had excellent experience with my attorney. Working with Eric Amat y Leon has been amazing. I have spent different times over the past eight years working with Divorce, CFI, Child Custody, modification of parenting plan, etc..... I would highly encourage anyone needing legal counsel to contact Burnham Law as my matters went before judge in February 2020 and I won on all three issues my ex-wife brought before the judge.
