Wagner Law Office came up as a top search when I typed in bankruptcy attorney in Colorado one day. So, I decided to call and see if I could get a free consult and learn a little more about the process. I spoke with Emily on the phone, and she was incredibly kind, professional, and super knowledgeable about everything. I asked a few questions I had, and she answered some and encouraged me to wait to talk to Todd for others and so I set an appointment. The consult went great, and I started to feel more at ease about the decision to file. The team sent over the initial documents I had to take care of to get started and then the process began. After paying my initial fees, and looking over the prepared documents, my case was filed. Todd and his team made everything very manageable. They never sent me the entire laundry list of stuff to do. Everything was done in manageable chunks. While I had some basic understanding of legal terms and the process, I think it was very helpful to have everything scaled like that. And every time I called Emily was able to help me understand things. Additionally, they provided me with a letter vouching for me as a tenant to apply for a lease and the wording of it made me even more confident in my choice in a lawyer. The man has a sense of humor, and it was very comforting given the stressful nature of filing bankruptcy. Filing for bankruptcy was a difficult decision for me to make. When I finally called Todd, I felt scared, ashamed, and worried about what the process would be like. Todd’s straight-forward demeanor and sense of humor made me feel comfortable right away. So let me give you guys the run down & maybe this can bring ease to you. When I first started this process I had absolutely no idea what to do I mean of course I've always heard of bankruptcy but I think anyone can agree there's nothing but bad imaging around that word. So anyways I goggle "bankruptcy lawyers" and Todd was the first one to pop up. I read the reviews and everyone I mean everyone was very clear in their happiness and so much more about Todd and his office. That same day we had a consultation and it was like I've already talked to Todd in another life or something. He answered all my questions nicely and was very clear so I knew really what I was going to be doing. Also you can just tell immediately overall he loves what he does and because that he pours everything into this. ALSO LET ME BRAG ABOUT EMILY. She would answer my questions at any time of the day and just overall yet again you could tell she was just as much as genuine like Todd. If you made it this far into this review I think you know your decision. If I ever need to which lol I hope I don't there's no second thoughts in my head about if I would hire Todd again.
