I was so scared and ashamed to file bankruptcy but Todd and Emily helped ease my nerves. They walked me through every step from filing the paper work, assessing assets, gathering important information. The day of, Todd called me to prep me and everything went smoothly. If bankruptcy is a route you find yourself needing to take, then I would high recommend Wagner Law Office, PC. Totally a compassionate and judgement free zone with a lawyer that’s well versed in this area of law. And a paralegal that stays on top of things and deadlines. They were always there to answer my questions. Prompt with emails and there’s no extra charge for assistance. When all was said and done, Todd reassured me that I can always reach out, even years down the road if any creditors try contact. That speaks volumes about them and really impressed me. Can’t recommend them enough!! You’ll always be able speak to someone that’s familiar with your case.

Speaking with Todd the first time he went over the scenario of my case telling me what to expect and his history in bankruptcy field which is extensive. After a couple of follow up calls it went just how he anticipated it would, he answered any questions without delay, he was easy to talk to, not like some lawyers who are condescending he has a great attitude. His assistant and Paralegal Emily was just as attentive in answering my emails and usually within a couple of hours if not sooner. All the positive reviews here are an indication of how this office is run.

Before coming to Wagner Law Office I had PTSD from the last attorney we had worked with. It was an absolutely awful experience and we ended up in the worst position possible. Honestly, going into the proceedings for bankruptcy created lots of stress and anxiety for me and once I had started working with Todd, all that went away. I felt so secure during the whole process and they're wonderful at being free for questions. What really was the cherry on top was that Todd and Emily do an outstanding job at underlying what the next steps for both you and them are. It's all in an organized email that you can easily access and check off when your completed with that step and Todd really goes the extra mile to make sure you are prepared well in advance for the whole process. I obviously hope I'm not repeat business for.him, but if anyone at all needed a reference, it's an easy choice for me.

It’s common to leave a review when you have a bad experience somewhere…this is NOT the case with attorney office Todd Wagner. Todd and Emily were both very professional, compassionate and handled our case phenomenally. Whether it was a phone call a text or an email we always received a response in a timely manner.
