Josh is awesome and has been wonderful to work with! He has personally answered all of my messages and calls very timely and has been very attentive to me, helping to put me at ease during a very stressful time. I would give 10 stars if I could, you really cant ask for a better defense lawyer. Truly appreciated his attentiveness from the very first time we met all the way until my case was finally settled.

Josh from the very beginning was very polite and was all the way through to the end. Exceptional in his work and always return emails and calls ASAP. We worked out a pay plan that was convenient for both of us. He took everything seriously and when i called day in and day out worried he calmed me down. Josh is definitely the guy you wanna call if you get a DUI. I highly recommend him to any and all. Josh your bloody amazing and again thank you so much!!

It must be emphasized how likable and warm Josh is with his clients. It is obvious how much he cares for his clients and our need for privacy and trust. You will be grateful to him, not only for his proficient and diligent work on your case, but for the comfort you will feel in the often uneasy environments of the court house and lawyers office.
Also Its cool to be standing around in the court house hallway with the guy that gets congratulated by other lawyers for winning big cases (that happened on two separate occasions).

We did our due diligence and shopped around to find the right attorney to represent my 24 year old daughter against a DWAI charge. In the end we chose Josh McDowell. The choice was a great one. Josh took the time to get to know my daughter and to map out a plan that was right for her and her particular situation. In the end, charges were dismissed and the outcome was all we could have hoped for! Josh is a true professional and a good man! I would highly recommend him.
