I'm writing this review months after my not at fault MVA settlement in the interest of making sure I had my feelings, results and impressions correctly settled. I don't like to act without judicious thought and reflection. To this day, and as I now type, my hands and arms still go numb from the fracture in my neck. Clearly my medical care was insufficient. The settlement itself was a pittance of what I anticipated and I was made to feel (guilty) any greater settlement wasn't likely, hence, my settling. My case manager was wonderful, professional and gregarious but nearing the settlement phase ... disappeared. As if communication was prohibited or, untenable. My attorney was difficult to talk to - not in ability to get in touch with but uncomfortable to talk to - not quite passive aggressive but there was some level of what I perceived impatience or hidden agenda. I recommend continuing due diligence and only using this law firm if necessary.
