My attorney and my case manager Cristin and Stephanie were great! They made the process much easier and were always kind and efficient. They made me feel like an individual that mattered and I would gladly recommend them to family and friends. I hope that I never have another car accident, but if I do Mcdivitt law firm will be my first choice.

Easy to set up an initial appointment, and had the best peace-of-mind having an attorney by my side throughout the whole thing! You are just a number to these people. I trusted them to help me through a very difficult time. They rushed me and didn’t allow me proper medical treatment. I also signed papers that were likely not in my best interest, they convinced me when it was most convenient for them. Workers Compensation is a difficult process, every injury is different and your care should matter. I advise you to seek a representative that is not over loaded and looking for a quick buck or that spends your money on fancy advertising. My attorney was Joel and the paralegal was Kristina.

Everybody that I dealt with was extremely helpful and very prompt with getting back to me whenever I had any questions. They were able to significantly increase the settlement offer from the original amount that the insurance company was trying to get me.
