Greetings, I’d like to share my brief thoughts on my experience with the McDivitt firm. My overall experience was excellent. Particularly when dealing with my attorney Carl Z.

A friend of mine recommended mcdivitt and I made the right choice. I got in a car accident 2 years ago and called them right away. They took care of me the moment I called. Got seen in physical therapy and throughout asked me how I felt. When I felt better and back to normal they fought my case for my personal injury. I didn't see any luck with the result in the settlement but my attorney Chris was transparent and did all he could to get the best out of the case settlement. Nora and Chris were great! Just was somewhat satisfied with my settlement because I expected more but in the end it was better than nothing. Thank you Chris, Nora, and Mcdivitt law firm team.

WOW it has been one long road. Let me say this if you don’t have a dash cam get one. If I didn’t have mine I would be fitting all my medical bills. I first called Heuser & Heuser law firm biggest mistake the person stated yes they would take my case. I sent my dash cam video of the whole accident to Heuser & Heuser. Well not only having to deal with my pain, my truck wrecked I also had extreme stress dealing with Heuser & Heuser. I had to call them a hundred times to get even any response from them. Weeks went by never receiving any calls from them. Then a month pass I get a letter that they will not represent your case anymore you could imagen the letdown and all the time wasted just to start over. Lucky I didn't stop there I placed a call to McDivitt which should have been my only choice, I sent my dash cam video and they accepted my case. McDivitt setup a doctor’s appointment and the ball was moving within the first week wow what a difference a great law firm makes. Short version a year of therapy and now one year of injections for future pain I thought this would never end. I get the call from Jordan it is settled. My prayers and so many thanks goes out to all those that help us thru this accident issues. I really have to give a huge shout out to Jordan D. McAdams and Monique Sanks if you ever have to use this law firm make sure this team is on your case wow so personal, caring beyond belief and resolved the case without going to court getting the asking amount such an awesome team. .

Really took care of me during the process! Made the whole process easy and stress free.

My girlfriend slipped on ice at a grocery store (starts with a W) and broke her ankle compound fracture style. It was obviously the stores fault but after I drained my bank account they decided (after they got together with their chummy buddy's representing the store a year later) we didn't have a case. Of. Course my girlfriend forgot about my help and surely she wouldn't have given me a dime had she won but that besides the point. They dropped the ball big time. She tried getting another lawyer and turns out they get pimped out by McDontdoit.
