An absolutely wonderful experience. Carl worked on my case, with the help of Karen. Both of them are truly a dream team for clients. Carl with his expertise and patience, and Karen with her charismatic charm. Karen was always quick to ask how my kids and I are doing. She was very ecstatic for me my entire pregnancy, and truly just made me feel like I mattered to her. Carl kept me informed every step of the way, always offering his best advice and all information he could. I certainly asked dozens of questions, and he always answered them with patience. As a stay at home mom, I often had my kids screaming or running around in the background of our calls, and Carl was sure to give me a moment if I needed it. I had a great experience with McDivitt law firm, especially Mr. Rabe and Mr. Zielinski. Please know that it will take some time from them taking your case, to going to all your appointments, to getting your settlement, so you have to be patient going into it. I went to a lot of appointments before I was close to being back to normal and it's time consuming-it's also healthcare, necessary, and helps build your case. The whole time, everyone handling my case was communicative and helpful. The care I received for my injuries was top notch and working with Injury Finance was easy and worked well too. I wound up getting more back than I initially expected so that was a pleasant surprise.

Terrible experience. Whomever I spoke with did not listen and asked no questions. She refused to try to understand the reasons for my call, then she hung up on me instead of answering any of my questions. She was suspiciously quick to say that I don't qualify for the services their firm offers and I was offered no referrals.
