I originally posted the five stars because they had a lady in their office hand me a tablet and requested a review right then and there. Reality is, I asked for their help after they assured me my medical bills would be covered and I could possibly come out ahead for pain and suffering. Yes, they got an insurance settlement for me quickly, but then brushed me off telling me I would have better luck getting my medical bills lowered by calling myself, versus them calling the providers. Six months after my car accident, I’m still fighting with the ER bill, which is more than the settlement I received. That doesn’t include the thousands of dollars I’ve already paid for ambulance, ER physician bills, follow up x-ray at an urgent care, chiropractor and radiology reading, or the unpaid week of work I missed as an independent contractor with no benefits. So, 2 stars for the quick settlement and being nice, but I’m left extremely overwhelmed with debt for a car accident that wasn’t my fault.
