Absolutely amazing attorneys and staff. They took my issue very seriously and walked me through the whole process. Carl was fantastic and helped along this very long road. He was a bull and got me what I wanted and the surgery I needed. IF it wasn’t for him I don’t know what I would have done in the end. This is by far the best attorneys office I could have asked for. And i always recommend them to anyone who is in an accident. Again the staff are amazing and they all rock.

I went to them with a complaint of my mother being severely neglected and abused by a rehabilitation center. They referred it to one of their branch law offices. The law firm took the case over a year ago. During conversations with McDivitt’s office I asked on several occasions if I had a case. The response was yes! The law office they referred it to would not have taken it if they didn’t feel that I didn’t have a case. So, the law office has my information for over a year when I received a phone call from them (Little Rock, Arkansas) that they were not going to pursue my case any further. In total surprise; I asked why? I was told it was because my mother died of natural causes. I wasn’t going after wrongful death; I was filing for neglect and abuse that my mother suffered from. The rehabilitation center allowed her to go u attended for bathroom use, she was severely malnourished, had a UTI. Bed sores, and was In congestive heart failure when they finally took her to the hospital. The ER DOCTOR stated that my mother was the worst case of neglect they he had seen coming from a rehabilitation facility. Yes, my mother died of natural causes. Probably brought on much sooner due to her not being cared for properly. Septis is what took her at the end. Hmmm…I wonder why? Now this law firm does not want to pursue it not because they said my case didn’t stand merit; they simply were not going to pursue my case any further! Both law firms advertise that they specialize in elder abuse and neglect. Really?? I don’t think so. I don’t have enough to time for another law firm to take this before the statute of limitations runs out, I’ve tried. These lawyers shouldn’t be allowed to drop a case after having it so long and then just drop it at the 11th hour without any concern to hold these facilities accountable for abuse and neglect. So much for their television commercials of elder neglect and bed sores. Sign me disappointed in our law firms and the pursuit for our loved ones to be treated with care, dignity and respect; especially during Covid where I was not allowed in to see my mom for almost a month. Needless to say I’m beyond disappointed.

They were super fair about the amount they took as their fee for my settlement and I would highly recommend them. My experience has been a little touch and go. Some experiences were really good and I perceived that my lawyer and case manager had genuine concern. My overall concern is the attrition in this industry. I had three different lawyers over a two year case. And with that said, each transition from one lawyer to the next was smooth from a professional standpoint. At other times I felt that person-to-person or video chat would have been better. Sounds over the phone like pots and food preparation in the background gave me a feeling that I didn’t have their full attention. Even if it were someone else in that person’s kitchen, it left me feeling concerned about the seriousness of my case. In the end, they followed through nicely and they did a good job in helping me get the medical help and compensation that I need to get back on my feet.

My team worked very hard on both my cases, and ensured I got a settlement on both. They kept in contact with me throughout the process, and made it as painless as possible.
