Got rear ended and called mcdivitt. They got on my case right away .always kept in contact while i was getting therapy .i could always reach them when needed .and most if all we were all able to come to an agreement on a nice payout for my accident. I would highly recommend working with Tony and ulta as they were both spectacular through this whole process.

Very professional, Toney Tracey was very helpful along with his staff. Highly recommend for anyone having to deal with such circumstances.

I was in an accident about a year ago where another driver shot out across a 4 lane highway right in front of me. I subsequently t-boned them. I sustained an injury that required surgery and the insurance representative who was assigned to me stopped answering my calls and left me a message saying that they were going to close my medical case.
